"This orange hotel is so pleasantly surprised! The transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet and elegant, the decoration is stylish, and the window is opened to have a wide view. Downstairs is the park. The laundry room and gym in the hotel are fully equipped. It is comfortable and relaxing to live. It is worth mentioning that the service of this hotel is too intimate! Due to my negligence, I found out that the clothes were left in the room after checking out. The front desk staff Xiao Gao (a beauty in Korla) and Shen Xinlin took the initiative to help me coordinate. Thank you very much. The warm and efficient service attitude of these two front desk staff made me choose the Orange Hotel in the future. Also to mention is Xiao Gao's quick enthusiasm to help me take ice cubes, I am very touched, this hotel recommended to friends who travel."

"A really nice B&B!
**Amenities**: The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for tea and relaxing.
**Environment**: It's very close to the new Sayram Lake Tourist Center, just a traffic light away by car, takes only a few minutes. After verifying your ID (provided you've bought tickets in advance), you can enter. Turning right takes you counter-clockwise around the lake, and turning left takes you clockwise.
**Service**: There's a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service. Whatever you need, just message them on WeChat and they respond very quickly."

"It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos."

"The hotel I stayed in when I was playing in Sailimu Lake is still under renovation, so I felt that there was a lot of dust outside. The hotel is very new and the facilities are relatively complete, but there is no water in the room. I went down to ask the front desk lady and she only got two bottles. This can actually be improved. The room is quite large, with a room + living room, which is very suitable for family travel. It is a good place to stay when visiting Sailimu Lake."

Surprise 1: Here at the high point of Saihu, you can watch the sunrise when you get up, and you can also watch the entire Saihu. For adults, this view is absolutely amazing.
Surprise 2: The boss is a family of three, the son is a handsome guy in Kazakh, is the best Mandarin at home, communication with customers is him, communication is completely barrier-free, the family is particularly simple and enthusiastic, ask everything is to get it will try to satisfy.
Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. This is really a picture that children like. Play with dogs, talk to lambs, ride horses and ride horses all the time... There is also the difference between sheep dung and cow dung. Because it's visible everywhere, it's natural.
Surprise 4: For dinner, I ordered mutton skewers, clear lamb chops, hand-caught rice, two big and one small actually did not finish, the weight was very large, and the taste was very good. The clear mutton soup has no stew at all (it is best to order it in advance, because the clear mutton soup will take about 2 hours)
Of course, since you choose a boudoir, you must be prepared in your heart. If you can accept the following content, you can choose: 1) There is no separate toilet, there is a dry toilet, and you can't take a bath. 2) The room is a heater, you have to add carbon at night, otherwise you will not stick to the next morning. 3) Clean and tidy standards should be benchmarked against similar boudoirs rather than five-star hotels.

"We didn’t have much hope for hotels near scenic spots in Xinjiang, especially if it was a B&B. It was just a place to sleep at night. However, this B&B became the worst accommodation we had during our stay in Xinjiang. It was already very late after 11pm when we arrived at the hotel. Indeed, as other guests said, the navigation address was the back door. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one young man on duty at the front desk. The only good impression I had on this B&B was the young man at the front desk. Help us open the room in advance and plug it in so that the electric water heater can heat up hot water first. When we entered the room, we wanted to wash up quickly and get up early the next day. But when we wanted to wash our hands, we found that there was no hand sanitizer. We went to the front desk and asked for hand sanitizer. After searching for a long time, I finally found it and said, ”Let's take a shower!” The sewer in the bathroom was still clogged, and the water on the floor had to seep halfway through the shower before it went down. Since it was too late and I was very tired, I didn’t want to go through the trouble of finding them to clear the sewer, so I had to make do with it. I was about to go to bed and found that there was no pillow on the small bed outside! That’s outrageous! I just took a pillow from the big bed in the back room and made do. I don't know how other people's stay was, but the limited hours we stayed here were really bad. We arrived so late, and the hotel staff had plenty of time. After tidying up the room, it was the first time for me to see that there were no pillows on the bed. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out the next day. Only the two ladies at the bottom of the stairs, I don’t know if they were room attendants, asked us to just leave our room cards at the front desk, which was very easy and quick.
The scenery of Sailimu Lake is so beautiful, but there is really no reliable hotel nearby. I hope there will be one in the future!"
