The hotel environment is decent, and given its location by Sai Lake, prices are generally on the higher side, which is to be expected. They offer afternoon tea and coffee, along with dining options. You can even get the afternoon tea to go, and the food itself is pretty good, saving you the hassle of finding places to eat outside. The hotel is quite large and offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The rooms are new and in good condition."

"Excellent review! I was very satisfied with this stay. Overall, everything was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is good, and there's parking available. The facilities are nice, and the bed is comfortable. The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure. What truly stood out were the toiletries and bedding. I was even upgraded to a lake view room, so I could see Lake Sayram right from my window! The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff were very friendly and meticulous. The hygiene was top-notch, and breakfast was fantastic, especially the local specialty yogurt. The restaurant offers both breakfast and dinner buffets, and you can also order à la carte. In summary, I'm extremely satisfied!"

"The first time I came to Sailimu Lake to choose to live in the hotel, the cost-effective room was clean and comfortable, and the sanitary details were very clean. Bath towels and bathrobes were disinfected and packed in disposable packaging, which was extremely comfortable for clean patients! ! Breakfast until 11 o'clock, there are many types. I couldn't get a taxi at night. The hotel also arranged a business car transfer. The little brother was very enthusiastic. I will choose to live in Wanda Shuhua next time. "The room was beautiful, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a butler who helped with our luggage throughout our stay, and they even gave us a lovely little lamb souvenir when we left. A pleasant surprise was that I didn't need to manually adjust the air conditioning; the hotel automatically regulated the temperature due to the significant day-night temperature difference. It would be cool during the day and warm at night (the airflow was so well controlled I barely noticed it at first). There are many food options right outside, and late-night snacks are also available. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Although I was initially hesitant after seeing some negative reviews during booking, my actual experience was completely fine. Indigo is still a trustworthy brand. I hope your hotel will be even better the next time I visit Sayram Lake."

"The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast is good too. They even offer complimentary fruits and drinks, which is fantastic! I was told check-in was at 2 PM, but I couldn't actually check in at that time because they said the room wasn't cleaned yet, which caused a bit of a delay. However, they did allow me to store my luggage. The hotel is right next to a construction site, and while the noise isn't too bad, the view is really disappointing, honestly. After other guests checked out, they just handed out room cards without verifying any information, simply by asking for the room number. This led to someone else opening my room door and then rudely entering and rummaging through my belongings! Although the front desk later apologized, for a 5-star hotel, their staff training is really subpar and shows a complete disregard for customer privacy! The service staff were all polite, but I just feel like the hotel management is unprofessional. I hope the hotel improves in the future!"

The air was fresh and clean. The room layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete and modern, especially the bed is very comfortable, and I slept well at night. In addition, the separate toilet from the bathroom is also very satisfactory. The oversized bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath, and you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the city from the window, which is very pleasing to the eye. "Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. The drinking cups were individually wrapped in plastic, making them convenient to take on the road. The attention to detail in the amenities for travelers was impressive. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!"

"The room itself was alright. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, which looked decent at first glance, but it wasn't really suitable for living. The loft bed had no window and was very stuffy, making both of us feel a bit dizzy. The service was genuinely poor, apart from the front desk guy who was okay, everyone else was not good. I called the front desk to fix the TV sound, to send afternoon tea, and to warm up some food. It took at least half an hour for them to come and deal with the TV sound. I had to make a second call for the afternoon tea. As for warming the food, let's not even talk about it; they took the food and never brought it back warm, from the afternoon until we checked out the next day. Breakfast wasn't great either. The fruit for afternoon tea wasn't fresh."
