Facilities: The hotel is equipped with a humidifier and is very thoughtful and really intimate.
Environment: Open the window to see Sailimu Lake, quiet around.
Service: The hotel service staff is very caring and caring 💗 taking care of the dogs that herdsmen don't want 🐶.

It has been a week since I came to Xinjiang. Every day I live in hotels under the Huazhu Club (All Seasons Starway Hanting). This is one of the few memorable. The service is really thoughtful and attentive.

I chose this hotel for this trip to Xinjiang, and the overall experience is very satisfactory!
Excellent location: The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and a modern central city around. Dining and shopping are very convenient!
Environmental facilities: The lobby is spacious and bright, making people feel very comfortable! The room was clean and tidy, air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi were very powerful. The bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also good, and you can sleep well!
Attentive service: Xiao Yuan, the front desk staff, was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and also took the initiative to provide travel advice and local food recommendations.
Featured highlights: The hotel offers a rich breakfast, especially the local salty milk tea. It tastes very good and very special!
Cost-effective: high price is reasonable, service and quality are completely worthy of this price, even exceeding expectations.

SSDHKThe hotel's environment truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is stylish yet cozy, and the room was spotlessly clean with great natural light. I could even catch glimpses of the local scenery from the window, which instantly helped me unwind after my journey. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade – it was even more spacious and comfortable. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. Every detail exuded quality.
What really stood out was the consistently attentive service. The butler proactively reached out before my check-in to understand my needs, patiently guided me through the process upon arrival, and even shared detailed recommendations for local food and attractions. Any questions I had were answered and resolved immediately. From actively helping with my luggage to thoughtfully preparing local snacks, I felt a familial warmth throughout my stay. This kind of experience was truly restorative!

The staff is very welcoming and the coffee is delicious:), there is a slightly fat staff who is more impressed, every time I see it, I smile, the service is very good! MM501124****I went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

MM37013****The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

MM51764****The hotel is located about two kilometers from the East Gate Visitor Center of Sayram Lake, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hotel consists of villas and VIP buildings; the VIP building has just opened. We stayed in a villa building, which has about a dozen villas. We were on the top floor, the third floor, with six rooms per floor. There's no elevator, but there are bellhops to help with luggage. The hotel rooms have underfloor heating, which was very warm, especially since the temperature at Sayram Lake in early June is only around 10 degrees Celsius. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was acceptable, slightly below four-star standards, maybe three-star. Overall, for the area near Sayram Lake, the accommodation is quite good. The price would be equivalent to a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city. However, prices are generally high around Sayram Lake, with even ordinary rooms costing over 1000 yuan. I would choose this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake.
