A really nice B&B! **Amenities**: The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for tea and relaxing. **Environment**: It's very close to the new Sayram Lake Tourist Center, just a traffic light away by car, takes only a few minutes. After verifying your ID (provided you've bought tickets in advance), you can enter. Turning right takes you counter-clockwise around the lake, and turning left takes you clockwise. **Service**: There's a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service. Whatever you need, just message them on WeChat and they respond very quickly.

This is the guesthouse I booked when I went to Sayram Lake with my parents. The environment exceeded my expectations, and my parents were very satisfied. The location was easy to find, parking was convenient, and there were guesthouses all around. I was also quite lucky; we even caught a party event in the square next door, with thousands of people having a bonfire and dancing – it was so much fun! We booked a triple room, with each person having their own bed, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and the receptionist were very friendly and even helped with our luggage – thumbs up! 👍 After comparing several places, I think this one was great value for money! Unfortunately, we got back too late yesterday and just video chatted with my friends, so I didn't take any pictures.

First, the nomadic yurts are nestled halfway up the mountain. A few minutes' drive up the mountain on the left side of the scenic road allows you to watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains, the moon rise and set over the lake, and the night view of Sayram Lake—it's absolutely stunning. Second, the owner is handsome and welcoming. Their boiled lamb is a must-try, and the lamb skewers are also highly recommended. They're delicious. Third, the temperature difference between morning and night is significant. The yurt has a small stove, which keeps it warm, so I wasn't cold at night. I even asked for a bucket of charcoal when I stayed there, but I didn't use it all. Fourth, there's no place to wash. I asked for a kettle to boil water, and in the morning, I squatted outside the yurt to brush my teeth. I couldn't find a basin, so I just wiped my face. My baby, who wears makeup, had to figure out how to remove it at night and put it on in the morning, haha. Fifth, the dry toilets... One thing to keep in mind is that the grasslands are unobstructed, and you won't be able to explore the vast expanse of the open air. You get it? There are two dogs who can understand what I say, a fighting cat, and countless cattle, sheep, and horses. I even woke up in the middle of the night to secretly watch the night view of Sailimu Lake. Sixth, I brought disposable bedding, but I didn't use it. Not because I didn't need it, but because I was exhausted after a crazy day of fun. The high altitude and strong winds made me gasp for air when I moved, so I was so busy that I forgot about it. Seventh, overall, I recommend this place for those who are driving themselves. The scenery and experience can make up for the other shortcomings. After all, eight out of ten people are not satisfied with their lives. From this perspective, it's already great.

Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake! First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management. What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors. The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning. All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

If you can stand the dry toilets in the countryside, come here! I actually lived in the summer pasture of Kazakh herdsmen! The experience is superb! The sunset, the starry sky, the sunrise, the flock of cattle and sheep, the enthusiastic puppy. There are so many sheep's screams. The mottled rats running on the hillside in the morning. Before going up the mountain, I washed the parking lot at the point. I also brought some tap water in the bottle and prepared some wet tissues. I could clean it myself and simply washed it at night. The boudoir was built with a stove, not cold, and hot water was burned. The landlord sent small peach and small apricots, sweet! The key is to see the sheep up close, and also ride the horse, happy! There is electricity available at night.

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

My first capsule hotel experience totally exceeded my expectations! It felt really safe and cozy in there, and the bed was so clean and comfy. They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus. Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

It is close to the old east gate, and it can be reached in ten minutes on foot. It takes about half an hour to walk from the entrance of the new scenic spot. There are a lot of food around, and the supermarket is very convenient. The floor heating is very sufficient, the duplex room type can accommodate 6 people, it is too suitable for a family to stay, the off-season price is relatively high, it is OK to stay for one night. Sailimu Lake is really beautiful! ! ! !

I finally get it! There's a shade of blue in this world called Sayram Lake Blue 🌊 Staying in this yurt, you open the door to this breathtaking blue that's etched into your soul. Standing by the monument, watching the lake's waves, with snow-capped mountains in the distance – every single frame is so beautiful it leaves you speechless! The yurt is clean and has a unique Kazakh charm. The owner is super friendly and even pointed out the best photo spots. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, staying here is an instant romance booster!

The yurt is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. The location can directly see the lake. The boss will drive to the north gate to pick it up. The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
