AAnonymous UserChoosing Tianquan Hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a little apprehensive before booking, as some people said it was a bit far, but after checking it out myself, it's not far at all—just a five-minute drive to the visitor center. You can watch the sunrise and sunset, and I even saw a wild fox outside the hotel! During the day, you can also see Sayram Lake from your room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you need to drive five minutes to the town, but you need to call ahead to reserve dinner at the hotel; the food is excellent and great value. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our room. Highly recommended!

The scent was soothingly orange from start to finish; the toiletries smelled fresh and pleasant, leaving a gentle fruity fragrance after showering. The service was attentive, the location convenient, and the stay was comfortable and relaxing – a true gem of a hotel I would definitely stay at again! 🍊

There is some distance from Dongmen Saihu Visitor Center, a minute walk, breakfast is not bad, the afternoon tea ice cream is very delicious. Originally booked for one night, and continued for another night. Fortunately, I saw the pink blues at sunrise outside the hotel. Go to the ski resort near Saihu, can't get a taxi, the hotel staff took the initiative to pick us up to the ski resort. excellent service. I will choose their home next time I come to Saihu.

GGuest UserThe overall accommodation conditions in Saihu may be average. I chose this hotel based on reviews. I didn't expect much, so I thought it was okay. The advantages are good location, good service, good hygiene, and good breakfast. The disadvantages are that the room is really small and there is no TV. Due to the natural conditions of the lake area, there is no natural gas, and the hot water is heated by a water heater. The hot water can only be heated for 20 minutes each time. However, at a price of more than 400 yuan in Saihu, what else do you want? It is definitely not comparable to the city or county. I saw many hotels under construction in the scenic area. I hope the overall accommodation will be good in the future.

__WeChat60001****The experience of staying at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time!

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

The service was superb; they prepared a gift bag and upgraded us to a cabin. The cabin had underfloor heating and was fully equipped, which is crucial for traveling with elderly people. The afternoon tea was also wonderful, and the environment was very comfortable.
