The location is great, very close to the business district. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is on the eighth floor, and the quadruple room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served as a set meal.

The location is at city center nearby to Egyptian Museum. Plenty of amenities within 10 minutes walk. The famed Koshary Abu Tarek is within 6 minutes walk. The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated. Suggestion for improvement: 1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request. 2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable. 3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

The hotel's location in the center of Cairo is fantastic and the property itself has a lot of potential. On top of that, every single staff member was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by some frustrating technical issues. There were frequent problems with the hot water supply, and the elevator was unreliable, luckily, the stairs were an option. I was also surprised to find no water available in the kitchen. If you're planning to stay here, don't forget to pack your own slippers, because they aren't provided.

Overall, the room isn't bad, but it definitely needs a renovation. There were some issues with the water pressure; sometimes it was there, sometimes it wasn't. Washing my long hair was a real struggle 🥲. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic with delays and confusion; we had to remind them, but the staff apologized and explained it was due to some technical problems. The location is good, right in the city center and close to the metro. It was a bit hard to find though, as there's no sign, just an entrance to an ordinary building. You have to go up to the fifth floor to reach the hotel.

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel for my business trip. The transportation nearby is convenient, saving me time and effort getting to and from my meetings. The room was clean and bright, with stable internet, and the desk was very practical. Housekeeping cleaned daily and paid attention to the details. The staff were responsive, gentle, and polite. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, perfect for a quick energy boost. The environment was quiet and not noisy, allowing me to rest and recharge well. It's an excellent choice for business travel.

The kitchen facilities are fully equipped, and the washing machine works great! The area is lively at night and very close to Majia Noodle Restaurant. There's a small convenience store with an 'H' in its name in the backyard; they're not keen on giving change, but it's handy for buying things. There are no large supermarkets here, and even Carrefour is quite small! There's a currency exchange very close by that doesn't charge commission, just uses the counter's exchange rate. A cute old man security guard keeps things orderly! You have to ask the front desk for all amenities, so make sure to get a hairdryer and other things when you check in. I used my own bath towel, which I ended up leaving at the hotel!

Everything was very good and pleasant, a nice deluxe suite, an excellent and varied breakfast, restaurants with good food, but the value for money was a little high. However, there was an unpleasant situation with the manager, whose apology came immediately from the employee and not from the manager himself. Fortunately, we had been to Egypt before and it didn't spoil our image of the kind people they are. The room was cleaned several times a day and they always made up the bed for us to lie down 💝

The hotel lobby is very luxurious, but the rooms feel a bit outdated. The Nile view is beautiful. What I really couldn't stand about this hotel was the creaking noise at night, either from the pipes or the elevator (my room was very close to it), which made it incredibly hard to fall asleep. Everything else was fine.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Cairo, 400 meters from Nasser subway station and 120 meters from the Chinese restaurant Majia Noodle Restaurant. It is especially convenient and the hotel staff is very friendly. The room has a hair dryer and the mattress is comfortable to sleep. There is a convenience store downstairs. Recommended stay ～

The hotel is not very easy to find, with other public buildings, no signboard, take the elevator to the fourth floor is the lobby. But the layout is quite new, the location is good, the balcony is facing the old Egyptian Museum, you can walk to the Nile River. Hotel service is also good, breakfast can be delivered to the room.

Disadvantages: On the fifth floor of an old residential building, the service attitude is OK, but the hardware is too poor, like a guesthouse in China in the early 1990s. The breakfast is not rich either. Advantages: The location is very good, next to the National Museum, and relatively close to the Nile River, but the Nile River in Cairo is not worth lingering, the scenery is average. Egyptian hotels are expensive. Domestic three-star hotels or above in Cairo cost about 600, four-star hotels cost more than 800, and five-star hotels cost 1100. For example, the Cleopatra next to it is three stars, which is OK, more than 600. If the money is sufficient, I sincerely recommend staying at three stars or above. If it really doesn't work, you can also find a B&B with a better reputation.

The apartments are in line with expectations, everything is except the balcony, which is indicated in the booking, but it is possible to smoke in the room, the apartments are clean, at night no one bite, the lingerie washed with chlorine. The split does not work on heating, the night was cool, were in early January, had to take additional blankets. At night music from the street is quite loud, but it is possible to sleep. The host is kind, met at once, everything told, showed. WiFi excellent. In general, to stay a great option

This was the No. 1 accommodation I stayed at during my solo trip! First of all, it was very clean, the toilet and shower were separate, and it had hot water! The staff member was a kind and adorable old man! I was so happy I was able to relax! If I'm staying in Cairo again, I'll definitely stay here! It was so comfortable that I even asked to stay multiple nights! The location was great, and I found it pretty quickly! It's on the 6th floor! I'm afraid of elevators, which are a common Egyptian thing, so I used the stairs!
