I booked a hotel near my company for a business trip. It's located in the Southeast Development Zone and easy to find, with many food stalls downstairs creating a lively atmosphere. The newly opened hotel was very clean and comfortable, a great stay, and the service was quite good. It had a washing machine, gym, and breakfast restaurant. However, the room was across the street from a factory that operates 24/7, so there was constant noise all night. Closing the windows improved the noise somewhat, but it was still a bit noisy. Those who prefer to sleep with their windows open should consider this carefully. I contacted the front desk, but there were no rooms available for me to change. The hallway on the 6th floor had a strong smell of cooking oil, probably because the kitchen and dining area are on that floor. The room itself was clean and odor-free. There were many male workers near the food stalls downstairs, and a few of them gave me, a girl, rather unfriendly looks. I was a little scared staying alone, so I wouldn't recommend girls stay alone; try to find someone to share with.

The room was large and quiet, simple and comfortable. I have to run cross-country races the next day. Breakfast is provided early in the morning and there is plenty of carbs. Not far from Wanda Plaza, there are more choices to eat there.
