The noodle cooking sister in the breakfast restaurant also enthusiastically introduced their special noodles and handmade wontons, which really tasted great 👍👍👍 I went out to do business in the morning and returned to the hotel. I saw the room aunt tidying up the room. She also specially helped me fold the shirt on the sofa 🙏, and took the initiative to ask me to introduce the hotel to provide guests with free laundry service. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby lounge area on the first floor, and the drinks in the mini bar in the room are also free. When I checked out of the hotel, the two sisters at the front desk specially prepared mineral water for me to take on the road. It was really thoughtful. To be honest, this is a great value for money stay experience. This stay was a huge surprise in the best way possible! The hotel's location is perfect, super convenient for getting around. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted with such a warm atmosphere. The room details were immaculate, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – I slept like a baby. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of both Western and Chinese options. It's absolutely perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. This is definitely a hidden gem that I'll be coming back to again and again!

An absolutely amazing stay that exceeded my expectations! I have to commend the hotel's management team, especially Manager Tian, the lobby manager on duty. I had a bit of a snag upon arrival (due to a last-minute change in my itinerary, I was arriving quite late and was feeling a bit anxious). To my surprise, as soon as I mentioned my situation at the front desk, the lobby manager immediately stepped in to help. His problem-solving skills were top-notch. He not only quickly coordinated room availability and arranged an upgrade, but also offered a perfect alternative solution. I'd also like to thank Judy Yang from the front desk; she noticed I had been drinking and thoughtfully sent up extra bottles of water, anticipating I might get thirsty later. This level of foresight and service awareness is something I haven't experienced even in many star-rated hotels. The fact that I received such excellent service at this price point made it even more surprising and delightful. Good things deserve recognition, and I truly wish this hotel continued success and prosperity!

I had a lovely time staying at the Holiday Inn in University town. It was really conveniently centred to see my friends. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed using the pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of yummy food. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. I would definitely stay again.

This holiday hotel is a little bigger than other ones. The lobby is very grand. There are not many people on weekends, so you don’t have to squeeze with everyone. I caught the last weekend buffet and the food exceeded my expectations. The space and feeling of the room are also great. It is really worth the money! It is worth mentioning that the large lawn next to the hotel is simply too good. It is really pleasant on sunny days. If you happen to have no tables and chairs, you can walk down the road to the lake, where there are parasols, tables and chairs, and a mini beach, which is very friendly to children.
