"The hotel did the best that they could but unfortunately there was a bug problem and whenever I turned on the lights many bugs would land on the bed because they were attracted to the surface. The hotel changed my room but the same problem was there so I had to keep the lights off which was very inconvenient. The staff was very kind and I appreciate the efforts they made."

"The hotel opened by self-built houses has several rooms on each floor. We live on the fifth floor. I don't know if there are any rooms upstairs.
