"It’s a fantastic place, all around. It’s very large, so plan accordingly. (The gym and kiddie care are far away from the entrance and restaurant.) The restaurant is exceptional and they don’t gouge you. It’s more than elsewhere, of course, but not by much. Will stay there again. PS the pool is really good too, but bring a swim cap or they’ll make you buy one. Jacuzzi is so-so but clean enough. Also a dry sauna. They could use a swimsuit spinner in the ladies’ changing room, though."

"Checked in to the hotel on 1st day of 2020, staffs were nice and friendly, however there are still some pros and cons for this hotel. The hotel was quite far from the city Centre it takes approximately 20 Minutes of walk, for those who doesnt want to walk may take a bus which will take u around 5 minutes for 2 euros. However, amenities are good it does provides what a hotel is supposed to give, room was big and comfy the bed and pillow makes me don’t wanna get off the bed. Staffs were very helpful I asked the receptionist to print some document for me and he printed it out for me in Juz a few seconds. Overall it’s a good hotel for couples or people who have car or doesn’t mind walking to the city Centre for 20 minutes, which I am"

"The service we got at reception was great. Jonathan was very helpful and advised on where to go, eat, places to visit, etc in Galway We were upgraded to a bigger room on 2nd floor which was huge. .the box of chocolates as welcome gift was a very nice gesture! Ava had our room serviced and cleaned to a great standard The bathroom was big and shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was good too, with variety but same on all 3 days. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever visit Galway again."

"I arrived late at night, but it's in a quiet area. However, it's far from the station, so it's better to take the bus. There is a supermarket on the way. If you head towards the beach, there are bakeries and small shops. The room was clean and the shower worked without any problems. There are towels, power outlets, and other necessities. You can help yourself to tea at the cafe, so be sure to check it out."

"We were given a beautiful room  over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that.  Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side.  Location is unbeatable."

"The bed was very comfortable, the twin bed was 1.5 per bed and it was very clean. Downstairs is a gas station and convenience store. The breakfast was very good and the croissant was delicious. There is a little distance from the seaside in Galway, but the transit road is already very satisfactory."

"Very noisy after 1pm but that's expected but why have a bright green light on the ceiling like, needed black tape but unfortunately had none so sleepless kinda night"

"The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The hotel is located in perfect location. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Galway."
