"we were in town for my daughters wedding and our family and friends stayed at ocean Villas. the rooms were very nice, clean and remodeled. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were available for our use. Deb the manager was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating for our large group.  I can't say enough good things about Deb and the staff! We will definitely stay at Ocean Villas the next time we are in town! I completely recommend this gem of a hotel!!!"

"After booking the room, let Ctrip communicate with the hotel, arrive at the store very late and have paid the price of a high-rise deluxe double bed room, don't give it to the low-rise, you need to reserve a good room. But when I arrived at the hotel, not only did I not have a double bed room, but it was also a low floor room. After communication, I was given a high floor room, but there was no double bed room. I was given a crowded twin room! Stayed for two nights and communicated with Ctrip, they helped solve the room change in time, Ctrip's service is still to be praised"

"The room is clean and tidy, with good sound insulation. Coffee and hot water are always available to meet basic needs. The front desk is very welcoming and greets you with a smile. The breakfast is okay."

"The service was okay however there were no salt and pepper, no house keeping to clean the premises. No sheets or extra pillows for the sofa bed. Previously staying there it was a bit better."

"Unfortunately when I got there I had to have my room changed because no one dusted any of the fixtures in a long time. When I got to my new room it was pretty much the same thing but I saw someone from housecleaning I. The hall and she came over and cleaned the fixtures on my room. That is the only issue I had with the room. Housecleaning turned down my room for me everyday, which I loved. The front desk and the staff in the lobby were great. I wish I could remember the 2 ladies at the desk that helped me with my room because they were amazing. The gentleman that worked in the lobby said hello to me everytime he saw me. Such a fine gentleman. The 2 young ladies working by the pool towel were ababsolutely the best. They need a raise. They bartender from Queens NY that worked at the Landshark was the best bartender in the whole place. Very personable, great personality, always smiling, and remembered my drink after meeting me only once. My friends were very impressed, they thought I was a regular there. Lol The restaurants in and around Margaritaville were good and we enjoyed just about every place we ate at. I can't wait to go back there. There were so many more things I wanted to do in and around the hotel. I hope the cleaning situation gets better. They need to add some cold water to the pool because it was way to warm to cool you off. I enjoyed myself and so did my friends. We will definitely be back soon with more friends. "

"This is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel on Ctrip.com. Stay one night in Fort Lauderdale and board the cruise the next day. I didn't get a good rest at all that night. I was woken up by a knock on the door at around 1 a.m., and it became quiet after that. I thought someone might be having fun over the weekend and knocked on the wrong door. Half an hour later, I was frightened by the overwhelming knocks on the door. I felt that the hotel was on fire. I jumped up and opened the door while thinking about what to bring with me to escape... When I opened the door, I saw a man and a woman who claimed to be hotel security guards and wanted to check our passports. At about this time, The residents next door and across the door opened their doors and poked their heads in the door. During check-in, our passports have been shown to the counter and copied. Why do we need to check again in the middle of the night? We explained the situation, and the man called the intercom and talked to the hotel for a while, and then said it was okay. I asked what are you doing? He said it was a system problem that had nothing to do with him and left without saying sorry. She was so frightened that she lost all sleep. She went downstairs to the counter to ask what happened. It turned out that someone with the same name also checked in that day. Even so, the middle name was different and the order number was also different. She got the door password on her mobile phone. Fortunately our door was locked and she arrived at night; she could come in when we were out. The hotel was so arrogant and harassed in the middle of the night without even a word of apology. I will never visit this hotel again!"

"The facilities are relatively old but the sanitation is OK, the room is also very large, the only fly in the ointment is that the elevator next door has been renovated during our stay, and we have been drilling from 8 am to 6 pm. We communicated with the manager and agreed to change the room for us. Service attitude can be, It was a lack of consideration to arrange a room for us at the beginning."

"Easy check-in. We each received a complementary bottle of water and a bag of popcorn. The rooms were decent and fairly clean. The breakfast was simple but filling: fruit, pancakes, bagels, juices, hot beverages, scrambled and hard boiled eggs as well as all sorts of condiments. The location wasn't anywhere special so there wasn't much around to see which was fine for us as we only stayed a night. Some of the staff members seemed quite bored and were a bit unfriendly and impolite. All in all a solid option for a night."
