The hotel upgraded the room with a small courtyard for free. The location is in the ancient city, and the car cannot be directly delivered. The hotel will arrange staff (very hard) to help take the luggage to the nearest parking lot, which requires a five-minute walk. The front desk added WeChat, claiming to be a one-to-one service, but the response was slow, probably because there were many guests. What I was not satisfied with was the hotel breakfast. The reserved rice noodles can be given to other guests. After 9 o'clock, there is not much left for breakfast. I told the rice noodle chef that the side dishes were insufficient, but no one added them. It seems that they don't care about improving the quality of breakfast. The water in the hotel swimming pool is too cold. It is claimed to be room temperature, but it is basically not suitable for swimming.

The relaxed feeling of leaving blank space is very suitable for vacation⛱️ The hotel is very close to Rainbow Kilometer and can be reached on foot. It’s also great for taking photos.

The hygiene is excellent, clean and tidy, without any stains. We have three people, including the elderly and children. In order to ensure the quality of sleep, we opened two rooms. This link was recognized and praised by everyone. The breakfast is freshly made waffles, with chocolate sauce, delicious, recommended. Chinese has freshly made rice noodles and stir-fried dishes. Basic Western ingredients are available. Although it is an economy hotel, the quality of InterContinental is trustworthy. The hotel does not have a full-time restaurant, not even basic lunch and dinner sets, simple ordering, which is not very friendly to lazy families. I personally think that one-stop service is more convenient and more suitable for family groups. The road conditions around the hotel are not good, and there are various road repairs. Of course, the entire Dali Road is very bad and messy. I booked a noise-free superior room with the window open. Except for occasional talking and limited square music, it is still quiet. If the weather is good, you can also see Erhai Lake. The price of summer vacation is comparable to that of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. If it is less than 500, the cost performance is very high. The self-service washing machine and drying are free, which is great.

We loved our stay at Ninganju Hotel! Right in the heart of the old town, it's literally a few 2 steps away from the action and 1 minute walk from the Dali Catholic Church. Surprisingly, there was absolutely no disturbing noises, since the hotel is at the end of an alley way. The room was great, amazing kingsize bed and even a bath tub! The breakfast was decent and aplenty, though it's the standard Chinese fare which may not please every foreign palate. Staff were super helpful and they spoke English to the best of their ability, trying to help out, since my Mandarin is limited. If you're a cat lover, they also have a couple of residents around that are super cute, Da Pang really lives up to his name!

Excellent service from the staff. The hotel provides unlimited beverages and ice creams and the breakfast buffet was really good. Super helpful staff who went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

Good things about this hotel are the nearby car park, friendly staff, large room and bathroom. We were very happy after we checked in, unfortunately our room was on the third floor right next to the staircase and other guests were very noisy which was especially noticeable at night. We could hear everything other guests were saying (or rather shouting as it seemed to us) and could hear guests going up and down stairs. Also a nearby cockerel started crowing before dawn. We planned to stay two nights but vacated the next morning because we both had a terrible night's sleep.

The location is in the alley, you can't get there by taxi, you need to walk in, the housekeeper will come out to help carry the luggage, the service is good, not far from the ancient city, a few steps to a more prosperous street, convenient for renting a car and eating, the breakfast is average, the room is quite big, the bedding is average, overall it is good

Great experience. Convenient parking (public parking lot is at the door, capped at 50 yuan for 24 hours), the room is oversized. Family is especially suitable! Children like it very much! The yard can look up at the starry sky, very suitable for punching in, whether you are willing or in the room, it is suitable for taking pictures and punching in.

The hotel is located near the corner building of Xizhou Ancient Town. It is a hotel transformed from a historical house and is very distinctive. There are wheat fields, small trains and corner buildings outside. The hotel service is very considerate and the service details are very in place. Contact WeChat one day in advance to inform the location. Pick up in a small battery car on the day of check-in. WeChat will remind you of the time for breakfast, afternoon tea, and night cocktail party, and will also inform you of the information about dining around the ancient town. The waiter brother and sister are enthusiastic and not excessive. I didn’t eat rice noodles on the first day of check-in, and took the initiative to ask what I wanted to eat for the next day. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and night cocktail party are all delicious and exquisite. A small suggestion is that it would be better if the afternoon tea could be a little different from breakfast. A highly recommended hotel.

The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile in every part of our stay be it answering our questions or helping us book vehicles. The place was lovely and it was so relaxing. I loved that they have some sort of food available (up to 12am) for guests like tidbits/snacks/drinks/bread and spreads other than breakfast. I was very touched by how efficient and kind they were when helping us carry our luggage to the place to board the vehicle. My parents could spend so much time taking photos of different parts of the building as they had put so much care in decorating and creating wonderful ambiences in different sections of the building. We got a free upgrade (both rooms) the last day which made our stay there end off with a blast! I’ve already recommended the place to a few friends who asked me after they saw how lovely the place looked on my social media updates!!! Keep up the great work everyone!
