JI Hotel Hotels in Datong

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the old town. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and hygienic. It was a perfect stay for a fun family trip with my parents and children. All the staff members were very friendly and greeted us proactively. Especially, there was a young man at the front desk who looked like Mark Chao. He anticipated our needs and helped us solve problems. Superb!

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable layout, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to sleep very soundly. The location is convenient, and the surroundings felt safe and reassuring. My only minor disappointment was that the front desk service felt a bit unfamiliar; I had to get my key card activated twice because it wouldn't work for the elevator, which caused a small delay.

The second time I came to Datong, the last time I lived at the gate of the ancient city, because there was always traffic jams, this time I lived in the museum store, the experience was very good. Sister Xiao Yang at the front desk was so good. I originally set a small bed room with small windows and close to the elevator. Thanks to her insistence on convincing me to change to a larger twin room, I lived very comfortable for three days. Because the location is a little far from the ancient city, there are few people, and there is no previous feeling of listening to the chat next door. It is very convenient to take a taxi. Finally, you don't have to be stuck in the nearby traffic for half an hour to enter the door to rest. The overall service is also better, the room is cleaned very clean, there are fruit plates every day, and the water is new every day. Every time I go out, I see that the room I have cleaned up is very practical. If there is any problem, the feedback speed is very fast. I met everyone with a very kind attitude. After checking out, I sat in the lobby and waited to go to the high-speed rail station. Sister Xiao Yang sent health tea as always. I was worried that I didn't take mineral water (it was very troublesome to pass the security check and I didn't bring it). I also gave a souvenir and a small comb. I found that the store next to it was very noisy and helped adjust the windows. The experience was really good, just after the trip to Datong was over, and I set off with a good mood.

The experience at Hanting Premium (Ji Hotel) now surpasses that of many star-rated hotels. The underground parking has plenty of spacious spots, not cramped at all, and the service is great. They provide ample drinking water, and I must comment on the breakfast. I usually skip breakfast at Ji Hotels, but the food here was genuinely good, and the coffee was excellent. There's a wide variety of breakfast items, and what's more, staff members are on hand to maintain everything. Very impressed. The location is also very convenient; I walked to a well-known old-brand restaurant.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I chose it again when bringing my mom this time. The room is very clean and bright, the environment is great, and the staff are very friendly. The service is top-notch! It's also quite convenient for getting around. Check-in was very efficient, and the environment is very quiet. After a day out, it's so nice to come back, have a comfortable shower, and get a good night's sleep~~~

The pillow is quite satisfactory. It is a memory pillow, unlike those old hotels that are big and soft. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. The breakfast is Chinese style, and the variety is rich, which is enough. After registering at the front desk, you can park for free and check out late. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the elevator. There are only two small and slow ones. Everything else is very satisfactory, although the price is a little expensive during the Spring Festival
