Holiday Inn Hotels in Dubai

Nice & new place. Well located in JVC. Decent breakfast, basic amenities but great value for money. Need to work in a more personalized service, genuine engagement in breakfast and dining areas. Service is not only cleaning plates from tables. I did not appreciate the pre cooked omelette on the kitchen counter when the chef was there. They should do on request at the moment.( Live cooking) Bathroom: shower cannot manage the water temperature, is going cold to hot randomly AC in the room , straight to your bed , in front of your face. It's hard to sleep.. Overall all good, nothing that cannot be adjusted. Thanks O Z

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City, and the experience was excellent in every aspect. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its direct connection to the mall, making shopping, dining, and getting around extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The valet parking service was also excellent, efficient, and hassle-free. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mazen at the reception desk for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help. He made the check-in process smooth and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. My sincere thanks to the hotel management and the entire team for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room was spacious and quiet. I chose a non-smoking floor, and the elevator had key card access. The gym is open 24 hours. Overall, it was great!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn near Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai South. The hotel is perfectly located, especially for travelers using Al Maktoum International Airport. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, making the stay relaxing after a long journey. The staff deserve special appreciation — they were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Facilities were well maintained, and the hotel offers great value for money. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice in Dubai South. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I initially booked the hotel due to its proximity to the location of an event I was attending and was pleasantly surprised by how great the hotel was. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the facilities are excellent and they even offer a shuttle to get to other areas like the beach or the mall.
