The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is also very clean. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient, making both check-in and check-out quick. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy transportation nearby. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I would choose this place again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn near Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai South. The hotel is perfectly located, especially for travelers using Al Maktoum International Airport. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, making the stay relaxing after a long journey. The staff deserve special appreciation — they were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Facilities were well maintained, and the hotel offers great value for money. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice in Dubai South. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We arrived three hours before check in time but the agent at desk said, the rooms are ready so why not check in now? We we so pleased because we were exhausted and needed to rest.  Thank you!!  They also tripled our welcome gift of small boxed dates, because we liked them so much. So thoughtful!

I initially booked the hotel due to its proximity to the location of an event I was attending and was pleasantly surprised by how great the hotel was. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the facilities are excellent and they even offer a shuttle to get to other areas like the beach or the mall.
