The hotel was amazing! They upgraded our room to a stunning Burj Khalifa view, which made our stay even more special. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, everything you need is available, and there are great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended!

We came and stay here only 1 night but it was amazing experience, the real 5 stars hotel with nice staff, beautiful room, balcony facing the horse race fields, nice infinity swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately my husband came late, otherwise we will have dinner in Prime their steak house. Breakfast was yummy, so many variants food you can try, and i have salmon for breakfast so love it. We were enjoyed to spent our weekend there. Thank you

The staff were outstanding and the pool was excellent. The buffet breakfast at the Arabian Court was impressive, though the one at the Palace fell below expectations. The dinner buffet did not feel worth the price, and the pool bar was disappointing. Cleanliness across the property could also be improved.

This hotel is really not overrated! When checking in, a white guy who can speak Chinese came to receive us. According to him, his mother is from Sichuan 😂, which was quite a surprise. The hotel rooms are distributed in villas (mansions), ensuring a quiet and elegant environment. The rooms are not as old as I worried before coming. Instead, they are well maintained, clean, tidy, comfortable and atmospheric. The beach is a completely private beach, and there will be no tourists to disturb, ensuring privacy. The swimming pool is very suitable for lying down and playing, if it is not too hot at noon, you can lie there all day. Geographically, although the hotel is on Palm Island, it is very close to the Marina skyline on the coast, so it has both island and urban landscapes. Dinner needs to be reserved, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest. I recommend 101 Restaurant. The candlelight dinner with sea view is amazing. The most worth mentioning is the service attitude. Every staff member you meet in the hotel will take the initiative to greet you with a smile and be ready to serve you at any time. No one will ignore you. Buggy responds quickly, and even if you ask them to wait after the buggy comes, they will wait respectfully. In addition, the minibar in our room cost 30 dirhams, which was waived when checking out. This kind of small details will make guests very comfortable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
