"Just as expected, the hotel is not far from the West Lake. The sunset at the West Lake is beautiful, and it is not far to the West Lake Park. The air is very good, suitable for family travel. The decoration is in the style of an old hotel, but it is not rustic at all. Living here feels like a government VIP reception. Not far away, across the road is a small road, about 700 meters to the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, there are many specialty food shops along the way."

From the welcome fruit and calming incense to the Fuzhou-specific tea, attention to detail is evident everywhere. The toiletries in the bathroom are from L'Occitane. Each room also offers activities like making lacquer fans and stringing beads, and the breakfast is abundant. I'll definitely stay at this guesthouse again next time I visit Fuzhou.

GGuest UserThe room has a 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling window, which is very cool. If you are lucky, you can watch the sunrise directly from the bed! ! The facilities are super new, and there are even disposable face towels in the washbasin, which is highly praised! Even the hair dryer is a Dyson! ! After we moved in, we asked Receptionist No. 1 to accompany the guests. The cat car was super nice and the brother Luoye Zhiqiu's attitude was also super, super nice! ! He always helped me to find the car and picked up the things we left at the B&B! ! ! The overall experience is great

__WeChat298906****The Pullman hotel comes highly recommended. Its location is super convenient, right above Taihe Plaza, so you don't have to go far for dining or shopping. Parking is also a breeze.
Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and was well-equipped.
Breakfast offered a good variety, including some local Fuzhou snacks, and the taste was great. Overall, my stay was a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

It was clean and tidied promptly. The advanced facilities enhanced the quality of my stay. Definitely worth five stars. Everyone, from security to the front desk to the service staff, seemed very dedicated. I'll be back!

1) The breakfast had a rich variety and was delicious. Aside from being a bit crowded during the National Day holiday, everything else was great.
2) The underground parking was well-managed and modern, perfect for those driving.

GGuest UserI stayed here to attend an event which took place in the hotel. It is located in a newly developing area in Changle district of Fuzhou city. Development is still going on so there are lots of barely finished constructions and the roads are broad and very quiet. It is convenient staying here if you have something to do in this area or want to stay in a nice hotel close to the airport (only 25 mins drive). It is 60 kms (1 hour by car) from here to Fuzhou city with its tourist attractions, so as a tourist you may prefer to stay closer to the city centre.
The hotel is very modern and newly opened. It offers all the facilities you expect from a five-star-hotel. My room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant every morning and is mainly Chinese style, but toast and croissants were on offer, too.
It would be great if they had somebody on duty any time who can communicate with guests who do not speak Chinese.

MM358461****First off, the room quality was exceptional. The wooden decor felt both luxurious and cozy, and the spacious, open layout with large windows overlooking the city was fantastic. The separate work and lounge areas were a thoughtful touch, making for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! The variety was extensive and everything was incredibly fresh—the noodle soup was savory and delicious, and the salads, pastries, and fruits were perfectly balanced in both taste and presentation. I felt completely satisfied for the whole morning after eating.
Overall, from the facilities to the dining details, you could really feel the thoughtfulness put into everything. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to return to!

GGuest UserThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

Environment: The view is unbeatable! Surrounded by mountains, very relaxing
Hot springs: The big pool and private bath are very good, and the skin is smooth after soaking
Accommodation: The bedding is comfortable, the room is spacious, and the view is great
Service: The most praiseworthy! The service was not slack during the holidays, the housekeeping department responded very quickly, and the hotel lobby deputy manager also answered our questions on WeChat in a timely manner!
The whole family loves this place, and I have already made an appointment with good friends to come together next time!
