Newly renovated with an excellent location right next to Guilin Station and Zhongshan Road, making dining very convenient. The hygiene conditions are good, the environment is cozy, and the service is warm and friendly. It's highly intelligent, there's a coffee shop on the ground floor, and the breakfast is plentiful. Highly recommended!

The underground parking location of the hotel is difficult to find. You need to stop in the mall. It took a long time to call and ask. The underground garage has no hotel indication. There are 3 hotel front desks in the lobby. There are many people in the lobby. The whole floor is occupied by various homestays and chaotic. The room was a little smaller, there was a problem with the bathroom sewer, and the front desk was repaired at 12 o'clock. Let's sleep in a hurry and leave for one night. Don't expect much from the hotel. There are shopping malls around eating and shopping.

The hotel was fantastic! As expected of a major national chain brand under Huazhu Group, the quality of my stay was guaranteed! The quality control was excellent. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first one I'm willing to write a review for. Tea was served upon check-in, and the front desk staff were very attentive. Being unfamiliar with the area, they patiently explained the opening and closing times of nearby attractions. I visited Elephant Trunk Hill, a Guilin landmark, and it was definitely worth the trip. It's not far from the hotel, making it a convenient walk after dinner. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's overall environment is simple yet grand, and the lobby is clean and bright. The room is spacious with a sensible layout, and even the hard-to-reach spots were immaculately cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odorless. The bedding and toiletries were all of high quality, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Plus, it's very convenient for getting around, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff and cleaning personnel were all exceptionally friendly, providing attentive and thoughtful service. It felt as comfortable as home. I've saved it to my favorites and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!
