Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: The room had no peculiar smell, clean and tidy. Environment: There's a morning market nearby. Service: The front desk service was excellent; staff even delivered takeout to the room. Overall highly recommended, a top choice for business trips or travel.

The hotel is right opposite the train station, which is super convenient for catching a train. My flight arrived late at night, so I just took a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel. It has a private bathroom, so I could just sleep and then catch my high-speed train in the morning. Very convenient.

I arrived with high expectations, only to be sorely disappointed! Due to time constraints before my flight, I specifically asked the Trip.com customer service to follow up on my room requests and notes. However, I ended up with an incredibly tiny room – the bed was right by the entrance, and the other side of the 1.5-meter bed was practically against the window. You can imagine how small it was! And as for having a 'window,' it faced a row of other windows and air conditioning units, meaning I'd have to keep the curtains drawn all day long! Even though the hotel is close to Central Street, a room like this should really be described accurately on the platform. Honesty should be the number one rule!

Overall very great hotel for the location, conveniently located next to Harbin Railway station as well as Metro Line 2 (right across the intersection to the right of the hotel) it's a direct line to Harbin Ice & Snow festival so it's honestly very great. A great bonus is there's an Airport Shuttle bus station also to the right of the hotel, just 50 meters away, it is visible from the hotel. It cost only 20 yuan, for single travelers it's really worth it, the taxi ride I took on the first day to save time was 80 yuan for reference. Even 2 people traveling together will save 40 yuan. The bus is also big, everyone gets a seat and there's luggage compartment underneath the bus. The room is not noteworthy so I've attached the image pointing at the Airport Shuttle ticket booth for you! Also another bad impression is they didn't give me toilet paper at checkin right away so I had to walk out of the toilet to grab toilet paper from my bag to wipe my ass after taking a dump immediately after entering the room.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were excellent, providing great support – perfect for a tired traveler like me who fell asleep instantly. Food deliveries by robot to the room were a nice touch, and housekeeping was prompt. Overall, a really good experience, highly recommend.

Great hotel, very close to Harbin Station. Seriously, I have to praise this hotel! The front desk lady was super nice, checked me in incredibly fast, and even proactively reminded me about the elevator's location – amazing attention to detail! The room was even bigger than it looked in the pictures, and spotlessly clean. No dust on the desk or floor at all, and absolutely no weird smells. The bedding was super soft, and the soundproofing was incredible. I slept like a log; couldn't hear any outside noise. The location is also super convenient, making getting around a breeze. Definitely not a bad stay at all, excellent value for money! I've already recommended it to my friends!

It has good location , few hundred meters from the subway station. The staff is little loud at the hallway in the morning which is working as an unnecessary alarm for us. As it is IBIS, you have to struggle for the storage area in the room. 4 cloth hangers and a small folding table is what you can expect. Breakfast is a big let down. There are very less or similar options. There is no live counter for ‘Noodles/wontons’. You need to boil yourself and make it your own recipe if you desire to eat noodles. Overall its good for this price and location.

The hotel's location is fantastic, less than 100 meters from the Museum subway station on Line 2. It's only 3 stops to Central Street and 6 stops to the Grand World. Since getting a taxi in winter can be difficult, staying at a hotel near a subway entrance is definitely the top choice. Plus, their breakfast is pretty good, a mix of Chinese and Western options. Thumbs up! 👍

After the holiday, I took my child back to the university, and the hotel's location was simply impeccable. It's only five minutes from the second campus, and there are a generous 100 parking spaces right in front, so finding a parking spot is no problem at all. The service details showed their sincerity. I'll definitely come back to Harbin again; this will feel like home. It's also highly recommended for business travelers, as the nearby conference center and exhibition center are perfectly suited to their needs. Excellent value for money, with top-notch service, facilities, and location—five stars! Highly recommended!
