Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: The room had no peculiar smell, clean and tidy. Environment: There's a morning market nearby. Service: The front desk service was excellent; staff even delivered takeout to the room. Overall highly recommended, a top choice for business trips or travel.

My stay at this hotel was an excellent overall experience, especially appreciated for its thoughtful and meticulous attention to detail during the dry and cold season. Firstly, what impressed me most was the cleanliness of the room. From the floors and bathroom to the bedding, everything was spotless, making for a truly reassuring stay. The facilities were also quite comprehensive; in particular, having a washing machine in the hotel was incredibly convenient for guests on longer stays or those needing to clean clothes, saving the hassle of searching for a laundromat outside. Another very considerate detail was the provision of multiple bottled water bottles in the room. In dry weather, the body tends to dehydrate easily, and this ample supply perfectly met my daily hydration needs, eliminating the need to frequently call housekeeping for refills. Even more pleasantly surprising was the humidifier in the room, which, once turned on, significantly alleviated the dry feeling indoors, making my throat and skin much more comfortable. As someone from the south, I'm not accustomed to sleeping with the heating on, often finding it too stuffy. This hotel's HVAC system allowed for self-adjustment, and I set the room to ventilation mode, which greatly improved my sleep quality – a particularly important point for me. The hotel staff's service attitude also deserves commendation. Whether it was the housekeepers or the front desk, they always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcomed and respected. This warm service significantly enhanced the overall accommodation experience. Finally, I must mention that the hotel lobby offered a variety of hot drinks. Coming back from outside in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius, being able to enjoy a hot tea or coffee right upon entering instantly chased away the chill and warmed both body and soul. In summary, this hotel excels in both its hardware facilities and soft services, making it particularly suitable for stays during the dry and cold seasons. I highly recommend it to travelers who prioritize hygiene, appreciate convenient facilities, and enjoy thoughtful service.

This hotel is perfectly located near Saint Sophia Cathedral on Central Avenue, right next to Zhaolin Park, making it super convenient for getting around. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its unique charm—romantic, chic, and warm! I absolutely loved the decor. The room details were meticulously thought out, showing great care and quality. The toiletries smelled fantastic, and they even provided welcome fruits and drinks in the minibar. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! What truly made my stay heartwarming was the staff. A very handsome gentleman and a lovely lady at the front desk were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, always friendly and gentle in their demeanor. It really speaks volumes about the hotel's human-centric management and the professionalism of its team! This trip to the Northeast was wonderful, and staying at such a delightful hotel was the icing on the cake! Meeting such warm-hearted people made it even more special.

The hotel's location is excellent and super convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and also very close to Central Street. Right across the road, there's a popular local market where you can try authentic local delicacies. Although the rooms are not huge, they are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. A special shout-out to their service – it was my birthday during our trip, and they went above and beyond by decorating the room and even providing a birthday gift, which was a wonderful surprise! Thank you so much; we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This five-star hotel is a bit older, and while the exterior looks good, the rooms are a bit small. However, the service was surprisingly excellent, just as previous reviews mentioned – it's like the Haidilao of the hotel industry. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but they offered additional main courses you could order, which was a nice touch. The laundry room has two washing machines, but only one dryer, which isn't quite enough, though they do offer complimentary laundry service. Of course, the most important thing is that during Harbin's ice and snow season, this is one of the few high-end hotels that doesn't drastically inflate its prices, making it a highly recommended choice.

The breakfast buffet at New Paris was fantastic! The dining area was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable temperature. They offered a wide variety of dishes, really showing their sincerity. The local specialties were fresh and flavorful. The jianbing guozi (savory crepes) were made fresh and smelled amazing, and the hot congee was perfectly thick and savory. Every bite was reassuring and satisfying. Excellent value for money!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel very convenient, and it's close to both the Yuanda and Songlei stations. However, the renovation seems to have taken too long. The room facilities are decent, but the bed is a bit too soft for comfort. The hallway windows were all open for ventilation, and while there was a strong air freshener scent, it couldn't completely mask the smell from the drains. The breakfast was relatively varied. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

My stay at the Echarm Hotel Plus Harbin (Central Street Branch) was a fantastic surprise! I really appreciate the warm welcome from the front desk staff. Not only was the check-in process efficient and well-organized, but they also kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Central Street, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, making it an incredibly good value for money experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

We had a thoroughly pleasant and memorable four-night stay at the Harbin Habsburg Hotel. Our family room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were top-notch, including the convenience of free laundry. The breakfast variety is impressive, especially with the extended service until 12:00 PM. Location was great too. 10 mins walk to central street. The standout of our trip, however, was the staff—specifically the F&B Manager, Jenny Huang. She is a true asset to the hotel which she went above and beyond her service to hotel guess. After my son experienced a nosebleed due to the dry weather on our first day, Jenny remembered and took the time to personally check on his well-being. Knowing we had a 6:00 AM flight, she even proactively arranged a 'grab-and-go' breakfast for our family of four. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests are remarkable.
