1. Hygiene: Both the room and the corridor were very clean, and housekeeping was prompt. 2. Environment: The location is excellent. You step right out to Xidaqiao subway station, and there's a night market nearby. It's also very close to the university (Gongda). 3. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating with any requests. 4. Facilities: The hotel has washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient, and a little robot can even deliver items to your door. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would generally recommend it.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just off Central Street. It's only a few steps to Central Street itself, and Zhaolin Park is right nearby. The subway station is also very close, making it easy to get around. Every time we entered or left the hotel, the front desk staff greeted us politely and provided excellent service. The hotel defaults to daily cleaning. I didn't see any 'please make up room' or 'do not disturb' signs in the room, so it's a good idea to secure your valuables before leaving, otherwise there's a risk of loss. Bath caps are not provided as standard with the toiletries; you need to ask the front desk for one. The air conditioning works really well; we set it to 20℃ every night for sleeping, otherwise it would have been too hot.

I'm very satisfied! I was initially worried about the hotel's surroundings based on reviews, but my visit proved all those worries were unnecessary. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the room is clean, and the location is excellent. It's really great value for money. I didn't buy breakfast because of some reviews, and now I'm curious to try it and see what it's like – it probably wouldn't be bad either.

The location of the hotel is good, 8mins walk to the engineering university station. The hotel facilities is relatively new although it is only 2 star. The cleanliness is up to standard, I think I could give a 4/5 star rating! Recommended to others! Btw try not to get the corner room, the room space will be smaller as compared to others. The room is not very spacious but enough for just a short 3 days stay! The breakfast was ok, variety is good for 18RMB and taste was ok. I recommend if you are not in a hurry or tired, try to explore outside.

Before even checking in, the hotel reception called to ask about my needs and helped me choose the relatively quiet ”Room 701”. From the moment I checked in, I felt the warmth of ”Hello” Hotel. The gentle ”Hello”s made me feel right at home. The housekeeping department's attentive service was also unforgettable. I will definitely choose Hello Hotel again next time! Highly recommended!
