The service at check-in was very good. I personally feel that for a 4-star hotel to be able to meet the standards, the staff should also have a certain sense of service. I checked in with my family. In the afternoon, when the child was asleep, the staff knocked on the door to show me the room? Regardless of whether the child was asleep or not, I feel that you should not knock on the door to show me the room after checking in. Is there no room available or what? I ordered takeaway in the evening, but the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel does not have a food delivery robot, so they asked me to put it in the elevator. I called each elevator one by one and it took more than 10 minutes to get the takeaway!

The room was great, just as pictured – clean and tidy. I initially booked for one night, but liked it so much that I extended for another. The front desk staff even brought us a new key card to our room, which was very thoughtful service. The screen mirroring worked perfectly, and there were plenty of movies to watch. Plus, there are lots of food options right downstairs, which was super convenient.

It rained on our first day, but it didn't affect the view from the window at all; we were truly amazed!

Every trip is made better by staying in a satisfying hotel. I'm so glad I chose Bochen this time. The room was spacious and bright, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, exactly like the promotional pictures – clean, hygienic, and with a great view. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the sheets and duvet cover were pristine white, giving me peace of mind. Most importantly, the hotel is right next to the World Trade Avenue subway station on Line 2. Subway stations in Harbin are all very close together, making it convenient to go anywhere. It truly is the best value hotel for my trip to Harbin.

Conveniently located right by the subway entrance (Line 2), making it easy to get to the Ice and Snow World and Sun Island Scenic Area. The room was incredibly clean and spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful stay. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Every dish was really nice. My top choice for a stay; very satisfied!
