Four Points Hotels in Hefei

We arrived in Hefei today and chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, High-tech Zone. Overall, it was a good experience, though with a few discrepancies. We had just spent several nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Wuyuan, and that stay was practically perfect. It's already summer, yet the duvet was still a very thick all-season one. Even though the air conditioning was powerful, it was too hot with it on and too cold without it. This not only wastes energy and isn't environmentally friendly, but it's also not very thoughtful or comfortable. There was no hand soap or body lotion provided. The breakfast was plentiful. However, the dinner included in our package was quite disappointing. The sandwich was incredibly salty and soggy. As for the pizza, using dragon fruit on it was certainly an innovative flavor, but perhaps the chef should try tasting it themselves.

The carpet in the room was a bit dirty, and there was dust under the bed. The entire building feels a bit old. The complimentary 'happy hour' light meal actually only had four dishes, self-service style, which I don't recommend – I took one look and left. There were no welcome fruits or anything, even though it was an executive room. The breakfast looked like it had a lot of variety, but it was just so-so. The worst part of the experience was the swimming pool. It's tiny, and half of it was sectioned off for kids' training. My child went swimming for less than 30 minutes and told me there were a lot of stringy, white flocs at the bottom of the pool. We quickly went back to the room to disinfect clothes with Dettol and thoroughly washed our bodies multiple times. We decided to come here last minute, so we booked this place nearby. After staying two nights, we immediately switched to the InterContinental. I really do not recommend this place.

I always stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei, Baohe for business trips; it's my go-to whenever I'm in Hefei! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and the room is spotless and super comfy—I always sleep like a baby 💤. Even though it's above my company's standard, choosing this hotel is always the right decision ✅. Every visit feels like coming home. You can't go wrong with this place!
