If I put the note of 1, it's mainly because of the excursion we reserved with them.. We were happy to go to the Park of Bach Ma, except that, given the catastrophic weather, we told us that it would be cancelled but not at all, they brought us there to the end to not see anything at all because it was too dangerous, unpracticable etc. We asked for a refund for the 2Millions of VND paid and we had only 400K after having still insisted heavyly, we find it unacceptable knowing that they should have cancelled a priori and repay us entirely or at Less than half.. Ps: les chambres ne sont pas très propres.. Même si cela n'a pas nécessairement dérangé nous étant donné l'emplacement.

If I come back to Vietnam, this is the place I would like to stay again. Very quiet, the hotel staff is super enthusiastic, it is very new and perfect, and there are some free massage services. Although I didn't use them, I still felt at home. The hotel rents a small motorcycle, which is very convenient for going around Hue.

Excellent. Guests are invited to choose whatever they want from the menu for breakfast and may eat/drink as much as they like. Quality of food was excellent. Freshly made to order and delicious. Very generous. Reception staff are exceptionally good. Friendly, enthusiastic, efficient and very helpful. They send you a WhatsApp msg too so you can keep in contact in case you run into any issues throughout the day Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants in the area to choose from and location is great - the city sightseeing hop on hop off bus is close and a great way to acclimatise.

Everything is very cool, we really liked the location of a convenient, a nearby restaurant-buffet with Japanese kitchen, very delicious) In the room clean, bed is comfortable, the only - we came in bad weather and was cold, But we were given a second blanket and treated with Imbir tea) Very pleasant and responsive people, helped on all issues, and also organized a trip to the tombs)

Although it is close to downtown, it is quiet. The room is spacious and clean. The water area is spacious, but there is no bathtub. The staff is courteous and pleasant. There are many types of breakfast buffet, so the satisfaction level of the stay is high for a hotel in this price range. Rubber sandals are always available in the room, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for disposable slippers.

Me and I had the opportunity to stay in Hue 3N3 D, Hue gave me a very wonderful cgiac, including the people here, especially the villa accommodation is very reasonable. Very close to the center, a little bit of a motorbike to come. Convenient location, far from the city bus, clean and airy space, king bed for 2 people. The room is fragrant, clean, very new. The balcony is open, opening the window is full of light in the room. Nice swimming pool. The owner is very cute, the rv gives a very good place to eat. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Hue, I will definitely come back here. A great first experience!
