"We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future."

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience."

Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk.

"We stayed at this hotel in February. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Right across the road, there's a shopping mall with a large supermarket and plenty of cafes. The hotel isn't new, but it's clean. It has a decent air conditioner and hot water. There's also a pretty good pool on the property. However, if you book tours or transfers to El Nido through the reception, be aware that punctuality is a huge problem. They'll give you one time, but you might end up waiting three hours. It seems like they book things on the fly, even though I confirmed the times with them every day during my three-day stay. And after our excursion was delayed by THREE hours, I reconfirmed the El Nido transfer twice. Ultimately, on the day of our departure, at 9:40 AM, we were informed that our 9:30 AM bus wouldn't be coming and we'd have to wait until 11 AM, but it actually arrived at 11:40 AM.
Because of this significant delay, our entire day was ruined! So, I absolutely do not recommend booking any transfers or excursions through this hotel! They tell you one thing, but in reality, you could waste a lot of time, especially if you have plans!"

We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet. We can't watch movie in tv even though I loaded unli data in my phone and used it as hotspot but still there's area in room it's so weak signal.

What we loved:
• The location is absolutely stunning – one of the most beautiful beaches in El Nido
• The beach villas are in a perfect spot, right by the sea
• The villas themselves are fantastic: spacious, comfortable, and well-designed
• Friendly and helpful staff
What could be improved:
• The pool is shared with a nearby campsite and feels outdated
• It’s too small for the number of guests across multiple resorts
• The restaurant was very disappointing: poor quality, no atmosphere, and not inviting
• We ended up going to nearby beach resorts for meals, where the food, pricing, and overall vibe were much better
Overall:
We truly enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful setting and comfortable villas. However, the lack of quality facilities—especially the pool and restaurant—made it feel overpriced. The price-to-quality ratio is not quite there.

From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support.
The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island.
The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

MMariaSWPiece Lio was a perfect choice!!! Amazing area, exceptional service and the room was better than we expected. We were very pleasantly surprised. Before choosing this hotel I read some reviews about not the best food options. I am not sure if they changed something but for food options we were offered only continental or English breakfast that was cooked for us fresh and was very good. Too much food if you ask me. We never finished it all. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from along the beach. We had the best time there!

KKobe MokStayed for two nights in a row. The hotel management definitely needs improvement! I paid extra for an adult rollaway bed, but there were no extra sheets or blankets, not even a bath towel or toothbrush... However, the hotel has a lot of facilities, including three pools and a waterpark, which was practically empty and provided a fantastic experience. In the evenings, there were even shows at the restaurant! Overall, it was a good experience!

Let me start with the bad parts. The facilities are too old. The bamboo room is not soundproof. The sea view is not vast and there are mountains around. There are many mosquitoes. The swimming pool is very small. There are many colorful lights installed in a very ”medieval” style. The attitude of the waiters is also a little inferior.
The good places are affordable! The food is not bad. The semi-buffet breakfast is delicious (the picture shows breakfast). There are many choices of international styles for dinner! At night, you can see flocks of birds returning to their nests at the sunset at the pier bar, which is very romantic!

GGuest UserWhat an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it!
The only minor downsides:
- you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10
- there is no reception in the room
- there are not many power outlets in the room

Even though I stayed in a shared four-person room, it didn't bother me at all because almost every day (from morning till evening) we were out on excursions or somewhere else. The staff are friendly and caring, rooms are cleaned daily, and the showers and toilets are communal (but there are also a few separate stalls just for women). The breakfasts are delicious and varied – I would fly back to the Philippines again just for these breakfasts! Because here, I only had truly good food three times: first in Cebu, second at the hotel's breakfast, and third at an Italian restaurant in El Nido, that's it! In the shared room, you get a towel, a locker with a lock, and a large bed (unlike other similar hotels). I'm thrilled!

TThat girl abroadI was honestly a bit disappointed with this resort. When you see the word “resort” and pay resort prices, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that.
The bed only had a thin sheet with no proper bedding, there was no water provided in the room, and parts of the property felt quite run down with visible rust. The bathroom, especially the shower area, could really use a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were four different WiFi networks, but none of them worked properly and the connection was very slow. The staff did warn me about this in advance.
That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing. Reception went above and beyond by helping with my large bags, doing my laundry, organizing tours and transport, and assisting with everything I needed. Truly a chef’s kiss to the team. They were the highlight of my stay.
With some upgrades and better maintenance, this place could match the price they’re charging. Right now, it’s the staff that make the experience worthwhile.

CCT20We traveled as a family of four and booked two rooms—one twin-sharing and one queen double. Both rooms were in good condition, clean, and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping is available upon request, which was convenient.
Before our trip, I was a bit hesitant after reading some negative reviews mentioning repetitive breakfast options and the absence of hairdryers. However, it seems the hotel has addressed these concerns. Each room now comes with a brand-new hairdryer (ours was still in the box), and we were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast offerings were varied and different each day.
The hotel’s location in Coron town is another big plus, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Coron.
