Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The hotel is nice, the room was big, we did switch room on second day for better view. The hotel was literally at 100% occupancy. The housekeeping was very efficient and so is the repair team. The location is very remote with not much around, so if you want to just relax, swim, and read a book, this is the perfect location. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar, a spa, a 24 hours gym, a pickle ball court, a large outdoor pool, and direct access to beach. On the positive side, the staff are so nice, very friendly, attend to your needs very efficiently. Honestly, I am super impressed that my room is always clean on time, there are always clean towels at the pool, this is extremely challenging for a fully booked hotel, which also was hosting a wedding and a conference during Valentine’s Day weekend and Chinese new years at the same time. On the negatives side, the carpet was dirty in both rooms, the AC was leaking and the toilet seat was broken, both were fixed right away. Because it is remote, we ate most of our meals in the hotel. The F&B program was not very well designed, options were limited for both breakfast and dinner buffet; after 3 days it feels a little like eating canteen food. Both my son and husband had salad on first day, while I only ate cooked food, so they were both pretty sick for the rest of the stay. Meanwhile, the operation team at the restaurant was clearly not ready for full occupancy, any order could easily take ＞45 mins and many local dishes were not available for days because lacking of LOCAL ingredients. They even ran out of ice cream at dinner, something that could have been stocked well in advance, unlike fresh vegetables. So any meal could take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Again, the ataff was wonderful, they were doing everything they can to help. However, the management team really need to plan better for high season.

We stayed for one night after flying into Puerto Princesa before heading on to El Nido. The hotel is located close to the airport. There's nowhere to walk around nearby. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff were polite and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. The family villa consists of two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, and toilet. It also has its own small private pool, and there's a large main pool as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zuri Resort. The service and facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool also offered a lovely view, and the Jacuzzi was a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, but I would recommend going early. We arrived at around 7:00 a.m., and some of the food was already unavailable. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Hotel with traditional feel and service. Beautiful courtyard with pool. Clean room. Quiet area. Jollibee restaurant is just beside the hotel. Robinsons Mall is within walking distance. Would stay again.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at Coron Westown Resort and honestly had a really good experience. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help whenever we needed something. The food was surprisingly good, and the pool area was one of our favorite parts of the stay. They have a kid-friendly pool which my daughter and son enjoyed so much that they spent most of their time swimming and relaxing there. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable throughout our stay. We originally booked for 3 nights but decided to extend for another night because we were enjoying our stay so much. We were also grateful to receive a room upgrade, which made the experience even better.”Family Suite” Room was superb! Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free stay for our family. Definitely one of the places we would recommend when visiting Coron. 10/10 for us!

This was an amazing hotel and a great price for the value. The pool was gorgeous, the room was small but clean and had all the essentials, and the breakfast was incredible. Service was exceptional as well and not to far from all the action but far enough so you don't hear it when sleeping.

Matinloc Island is truly one of the best places to visit in El Nido, Palawan. The island offers not only breathtaking natural beauty but also an unforgettable experience thanks to its delicious food and wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. They treated us like family and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The cooking was excellent — every meal was freshly prepared and full of flavor. The seafood was especially amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and served with care we very love the steam fish. Big thank you for the chef 10/10,dining by the beach while enjoying the view made the experience even more special. The room design was modern, with touches of tropical style that made it feel warm and relaxing. The large windows and balcony offered stunning views of the beach and ocean — waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of crystal-clear water was simply magical. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how well-maintained and spotless everything was. The staff made sure our room was always tidy and fresh, and they were quick to assist with any requests. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with good water pressure and quality toiletries provided. Aside from the food and service, the island itself is absolutely stunning. With its crystal-clear waters, soft white sand, and peaceful atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and take beautiful photos. Whether you’re visiting for a day tour or staying overnight, Matinloc Island offers the perfect mix of beauty, comfort, and hospitality.

This resort was a treat for us as we'd just been on a 4 day sailing tour with basic accommodation. Everything was very comfy and it was great to have multiple food options (3 restaurants and casual bites at the pool bar) when we didn't feel like leaving the resort or room (room service available). The pool was maintained constantly, the jetty behind the resort was fab to watch the sunset, and the lights in the trees were a nice touch at night. The staff are abundant and helpful, although we did get woken up a couple of times in the morning by staff chatting and slamming doors in the neighbouring rooms. I will say that we had a room a little bit away from the main areas, on the top level, so I'm not sure how I'd do in a room closer to the action. The wifi cuts in and out but I didn't come across amazing connectivity the entire trip so I think it's to be expected. The distance to town is walkable but there are a couple of steep hills (a tuktuk is cheap enough and the hotel staff can call one for you when needed). Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend!
