Hanting Hotels in Jiangmen

The room was very clean and tidy, every corner was spotless, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and the pillow height was just right, making people feel the skylight, which was really comfortable. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite, smiled, and was considerate of the guests everywhere. No matter what the needs were, they would be dealt with immediately. It really reflected the customer-oriented service concept and made people feel at home. The hotel environment is quite quiet, completely listening to the sound of cars or other noise outside, the sound insulation effect is extremely good, let people rest and relax. The bathroom facilities are also very complete, the shower water pressure is sufficient and powerful, and the water temperature is adjusted just right. No matter whether you want to take a hot water to relax, you can adjust it as you like. The shower experience is very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, this stay experience is very satisfactory, all aspects are done very well, it is definitely recommended!

The hotel's interior environment is quite good. The staff were pretty flexible; they upgraded our room and agreed to move our unused breakfast from that day to the next, even though we didn't end up using it then either. One thing that could be improved, though, is that I had already used my Hanting Club benefits for a late check-out until 1 PM. I called and messaged the front desk multiple times to see if they could extend it by another hour until 2 PM, but I was refused every time. Is late check-out really that strict at Hanting?

Facilities: Brand new equipment. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Excellent location, opposite a shopping mall, very convenient for going to the 33 Market, and also near the original Heytea store. Service: Excellent service, responsive to requests, and missing items in the room were delivered quickly. Dining: Very generous breakfast.
