Hanting Hotels in Jiangmen

The hotel's interior environment is quite good. The staff were pretty flexible; they upgraded our room and agreed to move our unused breakfast from that day to the next, even though we didn't end up using it then either. One thing that could be improved, though, is that I had already used my Hanting Club benefits for a late check-out until 1 PM. I called and messaged the front desk multiple times to see if they could extend it by another hour until 2 PM, but I was refused every time. Is late check-out really that strict at Hanting?

It was good to live in Hanting in Guangzhou, so this time I came to Jiangmen to pick this one, but the experience of staying was too disappointing. 1. Checked in at noon and found that there were construction sites around, sound insulation was completely not good, and the hotel did not help the guests prepare earplugs in advance. I can't answer when I consult the front desk for construction. 2. When I went to the lobby to ask questions, the front desk was indifferent. When coffee is delivered in the robot, it should be because For the road bumping the whole coffee poured, this detail should pay more attention, coffee informs guests to go down to get it or let the staff send it up. 4. The bedside can't turn off all the lights, every time you go to the door to turn off the lights.

Facilities: Brand new equipment. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Excellent location, opposite a shopping mall, very convenient for going to the 33 Market, and also near the original Heytea store. Service: Excellent service, responsive to requests, and missing items in the room were delivered quickly. Dining: Very generous breakfast.
