Shama Hotels in Bangkok

Great room and service, but let down by rigid rules Our stay was overall excellent. The location is perfect, the hotel is perfectly clean, and the room was spacious with a brilliant layout and great water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, a rigid policy at breakfast left a sour taste. We had leftover food that our son couldn't finish, but the restaurant staff completely refused to let us take it to the room. Even when we offered our own plastic containers to avoid wasting food, they still said no. Hotels should look at these things case-by-case when it comes to toddlers and children. The food was good, but this inflexible experience makes us uncomfortable about booking here again.

The location isn't close to the BTS, but they do offer a shuttle bus service. Alternatively, it's about a 5-10 minute walk from the BTS. The main attractions nearby are the 7-Eleven and a Lawson downstairs. There's a massage parlor across the street and restaurants nearby. Overall, the room felt very spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped with cups, bowls, dishes, a stove, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and cutlery. They even provided dish soap and laundry detergent. However, the room facilities need some maintenance – the sheets, power outlets, and USB ports were all non-functional. The air conditioning was very noisy, and there was no mosquito repellent, which led to me getting bitten by something on my last two nights. The only drawback was having no place to hang clothes to dry. Despite these issues, I would still consider staying here again on my next visit.

we’ve booked a condo with three bedrooms and three restrooms. The living room is big enough for a party and the kitchen is right besides. This house is very comfortable and private. Location is between two BTS station , just walk for 5mins, Back street is nana, many bars , the gate is locked at 8pm for security and you need a room card to open. Not noisy at all as we are living at the top floor 18/F with a pool just right outside our unit. Definitely will come again to stay in Shama!

Booked for me and my SO, the room is spacious, bathroom looked clean and nice but the toilet is on the side of the bed so can hear water flush during the night so might wanna take in consideration for light sleepers. The room had rotating TV for bedroom and living room so it’s prettty neat. Had little to none cooking utensils tho.
