Check-in was smooth, and a deposit of THB 1,000 was required upon arrival.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine, kitchen facilities, and a bathtub. However, there was an unpleasant smell when we first entered the room. After contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for housekeeping to spray an air freshener, which resolved the issue.

The hotel is not located directly on the main road, but a complimentary shuttle tuk-tuk service is available to the main road, making it convenient to reach the BTS station and Terminal 21. From the main road, Terminal 21 is only about a 5–10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is approximately 500–600 meters from the main road.

The building appears a little dated, and renovation work seemed to be in progress during our stay.

There are two breakfast options available. The café breakfast was the more delicious choice, although it is served as a set menu. The buffet breakfast had limited variety and was less impressive in terms of taste.

A special thank you to the young male staff member at the front desk (tall and slim, with a Korean-like appearance). He was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. As we were traveling with our 2-year-old child, his warm attitude and assistance made us feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Although my last visit was three years ago, the hotel still looks as good as new. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a small balcony where you can hang clothes to dry. The natural light is excellent, and the shower water temperature is very stable. A four-minute walk away, there’s a newly opened spa and cafe, both of which are really nice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Bank,Jezz and Top:)

we’ve booked a condo with three bedrooms and three restrooms. The living room is big enough for a party and the kitchen is right besides. 

This house is very comfortable and private. 

Location is between two BTS station , just walk for 5mins, Back street is nana, many bars , the gate is locked at 8pm for security and you need a room card to open. 

Not noisy at all as we are living at the top floor 18/F with a pool just right outside our unit.

Definitely will come again to stay in Shama!

Booked for me and my SO, the room is spacious, bathroom looked clean and nice but the toilet is on the side of the bed so can hear water flush during the night so might wanna take in consideration for light sleepers.
The room had rotating TV for bedroom and living room so it’s prettty neat. Had little to none cooking utensils tho.

Our stay at Shama Hotel was fantastic, especially perfect for families. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The pillows were super comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, the subway is right outside the door, and the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful!

The room was spotless and very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the nighttime city lights outside were beautiful. The room also came equipped with a microwave, washing machine, stove, and pots and pans. The white porcelain plates and cups looked very appealing. There's also a small square living area, separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, which creates a good sense of space. The bathroom had an electric heated toilet, and the shower area included both a showerhead and a bathtub. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the showerhead—it was a new installation by the hotel—but I must give special praise to Manager Jin, who was on duty that day. He helped resolve the issue, demonstrating great dedication, professionalism, attention to service details, enthusiasm for his work, and incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also excellent; Susie from the breakfast service, the male manager on duty, and the chef and aunties were all wonderful. Overall, the stay truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely choose this place again!

It’s a new hotel with a nice environment. The Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good. I treated my friends very happily. I’ll choose this place next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR Station, and there are plenty of bus routes everywhere. The surrounding area has tons of unique little shops, a lot of great food options, and many banks (HSBC, Bank of China, etc., downstairs). The hotel facilities are very new, and the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend!

I am here for business for a few days , the facility is pretty good with self laundry plus a common kitchen, microwave in the room is very handy but no plates and cutlery only one spoon if only you provide one set of knife spoon fork and chopsticks plus detergent it would be nice as a service apartment! The place is very near Wong Chk Hang mtr station only a few minutes walk ! Price is reasonable for daily housecleaning, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family! 
My room is very quiet and clean!

Great location,  in the middle of it all. In the morning, you see traditional stalls with local vegetatables, fruit, flowers. At night, it's right across the street from bars and clubs. Can be a little noisy if you want to sleep early, but a great place if you want to checkout the HK nightlife. Many many restaurants nearby. All the ones we tried  were excellent.
 Metro entrance can be a little confusing - google map showed the entrance much farther until I realized there are multiple entrances, and nearest one is not shown.
The room layout is convenient and spacious. Although the furniture and linens are a little outdated, but still comfortable.
