A hotel's greatest asset is its service, followed by its facilities and amenities. The Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park deserves a five-star rating for its service, especially a special commendation for Best at the front desk and Amp from housekeeping, who both responded quickly and appropriately to all my requests.

The only minor inconvenience is the heavy traffic when leaving the hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault. Bangkok itself is known for its traffic, and the hotel is located down a rather deep, single-lane alley, which adds a bit to the difficulty of getting around.

My stay at the Marriott was absolutely perfect, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. I especially want to thank Amie for her thoughtful care; she was warm and attentive throughout, always smiling, and proactively helped me solve problems, making my trip feel incredibly welcoming. The service was meticulous, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I really enjoyed our stay here and extended several times. They have a washing machine and microwave in each room, which is very convenient. They have nice carpet on the floor and the separation between the kitchen area with tiles versus the living room floor. Bathroom is very modern and clean. Gym is also very good. A lot of machines. You can do a full workout there. They also have a pool and a jacuzzi and a kids' playroom. I haven't tried their breakfast, but the price for it seems a bit too high. When we stayed multiple times, they quoted different prices, which was a small minus for them. It's in the middle of the road, but you cannot hear any noises, of course, but it's a bit of a walk to EM-Quarter and train station. Would stay again!

I am Chinese and I checked in with friends. But I want to express my gratitude to the hotel in English. Firstly, the hotel staff provide exceptional service by flagging down a taxi when you need to cross the street; they open the car door for you when you get off the bus; smoke on the balcony; the cleaning lady also serves delicious food with a pool; security guard speaks Chinese, front desk English, and smiles. Actually, just before returning home, I lost my Samsung Zfold7 phone. At the time, I thought it was at a restaurant in Central World. With the help of the front desk and 1155 Travel Police Hotline, I found it was left in a taxi. Hotel staff have been helping me with translations and proofs, even when I didn't have change. Everything is great. Special thanks to the following staff members: MEAW, AERIN, GARFIELD, TOP, and security guards. I hope this review is helpful for guests who wish to stay, and I also hope that it does not cause trouble for the hotel. Only seek help from the hotel when there is a genuine need. It was a truly unforgettable trip to Bangkok.

An absolutely amazing hotel!

Service: The lady who checked us in was incredibly gentle and beautiful, with an excellent service attitude. She even gave us flower garlands – so enthusiastic, I loved it! Since it was our honeymoon, they also gave us a cheesecake and decorated our room beautifully. And they even upgraded our room type!!!

Cleanliness: The room was very spacious and incredibly clean. For a hotel that opened in 2009, it didn't feel old at all. The facilities were very new. A washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, and appliances were all provided, and the room was very quiet.

Environment: The location is excellent, very close to Silom by foot. When we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi in our room, the front desk immediately sent someone to help us connect – so thoughtful!

Overall, it exceeded our expectations. All the services were very meticulous and thoughtful. Every time we approached the elevator, the doors were already open. Downstairs in the lobby, the doorman also thoughtfully opened the doors for us.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok, Sukhumvit Thonglor for leisure with my partner.




Our arrival and check-in were very smooth, and our apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly functional. 




The gym was excellent, and we spent plenty of time in the Executive Lounge; a great spot for breakfast and catching up on work.




What stood out the most during our stay was my exchange with General Manager Aditya Malla. Personable, competent, and kind, it was a true pleasure to meet him, and as a matter of fact, we have already booked our next visit for year-end!

Love the place! As a resident of Marriott, you can book for short stays. The staff provides excellent and friendly service, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The room rates are quite reasonable compared to the quality provided.

Booked connecting rooms, and to my surprise, there were three toilets, two of which had showers. With two separate rooms, it was perfect for a family trip. I could get up early and get ready without disturbing the kids' sleep.

Amazing service and very friendly staff! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel itself is very clean, and our apartment was great. My only complaint is that the kitchen and bar close so early, by 11 PM or even before. We'd come back around that time and couldn't even grab a coffee in the lobby, let alone an alcoholic drink or any food! This was terrible because we stayed here specifically for a concert nearby, and after the show, we were starving, but everything around was closed, and the hotel offered nothing. So, plan your meals accordingly!

Polite and friendly staff. Comfortable room with two bathrooms. Clean room and new furniture. Convenient hotel location. There's a supermarket downstairs. We particularly liked the soap and shower gel, the complimentary fruit platter, and the in-room capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer.
