Gem Hotels in Kashgar City

Arriving in Kashgar Old City, I booked the Gemme Hotel (Old City Scenic Area Branch) for my first night. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the east gate of the Old City. The room facilities are smart, and the staff respond quickly. Breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of options. It offers great value for money. I originally planned to stay only one night, but ended up extending my stay for five more nights.

You can use their washer and dryer for free. Detergent is also provided. Receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Bed is so comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Room is spacious and toilet bowl has auto flashing system. Wanda plaza is 20 mins walk away or less than 10RMB taxi ride. Had a great time in Kashgar.

Mineral water is freely available at the front desk, which is very convenient for people who drive by car. The hotel's hygiene is acceptable for this price. The service at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Although the gym equipment is not complete, it can be used. The only drawback was that there was a power outage in the middle of the night. The emergency light in the room was on all night and was very dazzling. It was difficult to fall asleep. The front desk phone could not be reached. I don’t know what happened one night

I want to recommend this hotel to everyone. The environment is super clean and hygienic. The front desk service is super good. I also take the initiative to upgrade our room type. It is very convenient to travel. There is a very spacious parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. There are many foods around. I will stay in Kashgar in the future. This hotel
