GGuest UserIt’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful.
They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

JJianqiaodeyunThis is a beautiful, niche, Portuguese-style local high-end brand hotel. Although the hotel was almost full at the time of check-in, all my requests, large and small, (including changing the room twice because of fear of noisy) were not satisfied. On the night of arrival, enjoy local traditional dance music while dining by the pool, and have a special taste in the candlelight. All the staff are friendly and professional. A delicious breakfast for a few days was served with the meticulous care of the new chef. The fruit plate that was not finished afterward was also delivered to the room for free. Picture 3 is a healing spring for Jews for 200 years, and there are still many Jews who specialize in soaking. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and it is a variety of shopping and attractions. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

GGuest UserHad two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Nice hotel, centrally located with easy access to Shopping, restaurants, cinema and other key places to visit in Kochi. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the first floor is excellent. Don’t miss their buffet lunch and dinner — both offer a fantastic variety and quality. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserHad an excellent stay. Service was top notch. We were greeted very courteously at the reception by Sanika . She made sure everything was sorted and took us to the room. All the amenities weee excellent. At swimming pool sharif really went out of his way while dealing with my son.

PPi RomiI was taken care of by this hotel for 2 nights with my female friend. The location is great and you can walk anywhere. It is close to the beach, so it is also close to the Chinese Fisher's Net and the shining sunset. The reason why this hotel is recommended is the staff's greatness first. Every staff member can feel the desire to provide good service. The room management is also great for the price. The bathroom was very clean, and the hardness of the mattress and the comfort of the sheets were more than expected. If there is one difficulty, there are many rooms with cloudy glass, so I think some people feel blocked, including myself. There are some transparent glass rooms, and when I asked him to change it, he changed it immediately. The refrigerator was broken again, but he changed it immediately. This is exactly what more than the price. There are some more expensive hotels, but I think it's enough here! Highly recommended. Photo

GGuest UserSmall little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture.
Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone.
plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food.

GGuest UserEverything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

GGuest Usernice and clean. opposite to the back gate of North Station Ernakulam. strict policy check in and check out. so try to check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 pm. Veg breakfast buffet is good with some items changing daily. Townhall metro is within walkable distance of 3 minutes. Swiggy and zomato deliver here. Cabs are arranged for trips.
