Very nice hotel with good breakfast spread. The only thing I wanna complain is the food hygiene. During the breakfast time, the salad & fruits sections mostly covered by baby flies. Maybe to them it is ok, but to me, I think it's very unhygienic and disgusting. Location wise, not much to explore around the hotel, we need to walk around 10-15mins under the sun to beach or shopping. If you are someone who hates walking under the sun, I do not recommend you this hotel. But if walking under the sun is not an issue to you, the peace and quiet is the plus point. Overall, we love the service, the room and food.

Definitely not a 5-stars experience!
1. Insufficient service personnel. One has to order, and then come back to collect drinks and snacks/food at the pool side!
2. Room towels were so old that they were frayed/torn on the sides! Yellowish/light brownish color from too long in use already!! And definitely rough and thin too! Both bath, face and hand towels!!!
3. Their reply from reviews made on Google, were just plain standard template!! Quite clearly they don’t really care; and definitely do not intend to improve at all!
4. One has to “ask” for bacon as these were kept at the “back”!! Pbly too costly to be placed on the breakfast buffet line!?
5. Quite odd that a 5 stars resort do not provide room slippers! And again, need to be “requested”!
Aside from the expensive dining and the lack of a complimentary shuttle boat, I honestly couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. Before arriving on the island, make sure to manage your ferry schedule carefully. We traveled from Phuket to Tonsai Pier on Phi Phi Island. Upon disembarking, we realized the hotel is located in the island's northeast corner, while the pier is in the south. Since there's no land access connecting them, we had to take another boat to reach the hotel. We arrived around 2 PM, and there were plenty of longtail boat taxis available at the pier. A one-way trip to the hotel would cost approximately 1200 THB. Our boatman offered a package deal for 3000 THB, which included transfers and an island-hopping/snorkeling tour.
A tip: try to arrive at Phi Phi Island pier earlier. Otherwise, you might hit low tide at the hotel, and they'll have staff wading through mudflats to carry your luggage – quite a sight, haha! Seriously though, the food at this island hotel is incredibly expensive. The dishes shown in the pictures alone cost us over 2000 THB for two people.
