Don't expect much from this hotel because it's just a 3-star level. There are still many things that need to be improved. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not any said “welcome to us” and did not smile at us. We were quite lucky to get a room with a nice view but it was quite small ago and It is a room that has been used heavily. The sink has cracks and the shower room cannot keep water inside. Water comes out of the bathroom into the bedroom every time you shower. There were only two towels in the room and they were quite old. There were only 2 pillows. The phone in the room cannot call reception. Every time a request is made, you must walk downstairs. We requested 2 more towels and 2 more pillows but the hotel charged us an additional RM20. which we understand and are happy to pay. before leaving the hotel We always told the front desk that our room must have 4 pillows and 4 towels, but when we got back to the hotel we were always disappointed by the cleaning staff. Not provided as we informed reception and as we paid. We have to go down and tell the receptionist every time. Don't expect breakfast at this hotel, the fried rice is so hard it's almost inedible. There was no salad and the food was not diverse. We can’t eat breakfast here because low quality but I understand about cost. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel. The advantage of this hotel is that it is convenient to travel near the LRT station - Masjid Jamek 280 meters, Pasar Seni 470 meters and Central Market just a few steps away. The bed is quite soft and very comfortable to rest. The view from the sky level is very beautiful. The swimming pool look like good to play in.

Staff: The staff is very very cooperative, active and polite with a smile on their faces. Amenities: Toothbrushes,small toothpaste, ear picks,water bottle, water boiler and hair dryer is provided. AC is cold but stops working at times and the main electric switch needs to be reset in order for AC to work. An iron and water dispenser is provided near the lift. So sad that no microwaveoven or refrigerator is provided. The beds are very comfortable, slightly stained bedsheets though. Washroom basin has hot and cold water. The shower head is worst. Not very cleaned, washroom door doesn’t lock. Location: It’s located at around 10mins walk from Petaling street and in a quiet environment which I liked a lot. And there is a train station right next to it. Overall it was good experience staying at this hotel and I would prefer to stay again. Thanks to the staff who served me

The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are amenities such as a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the common area on each floor. The male cleaner is friendly and provides service with a smile. I was very impressed. Thanks

Located in around the famous area of bukit bintang Hotel: - clean and spacious - a/c is super cold - hot water works well - spectaculatlr night view from the window Surrounding area got a few convenience store (kk mart) is just a few steps away A lot of good eateries (pizza mansion is about 200m from the hotel)

Arrived at 12pm and able to checked in! Staff was helpful as well and accommodating. Just down side suddenly at 12am my entire floor level 32 was power out for a couple of minutes. All guest open door and came out to see. But was restored shortly after. Location was super good 5mins to pavilion. Will stay here in the future. Didn’t face what everyone were saying needa wait and queue for lift. I don’t have to at all throughout the stay.

The location of this hotel is nice and it’s big. But we didn’t like our stay here because of super crowded lobby, unorganized lobby reception, imagine they will not let you check in early before 3pm so you have to left your luggage’s with other luggage’s in the hotel lobby without room and proper storage. We also didn’t like that they will never give you a chance to check in early and let you wait till 3. They also didn’t give us the room that we booked we don’t know for some reason they didn’t tell us they just said that they upgraded our room which we didn’t like because of the location of the room the intertet is so weak and the view because we bookeed and nice city view but they didn’t give it to us. I always think this way that when the hotel upgraded your hotel booking its always shadey and it’s like not upgraded at all it was just all a lie. We didn’t like also the service here because we came at hotel late from clubbing we are all thirsty and when we want to ask for room service unfortunately it’s not available because it’s till 7pm only!!! they didn’t even mention that to us upon checking in. The good thing about this hotel is the infinity pool nothing else. The service, the lobby the reception are no for us. Take note going in front of the hotel is quite traffic too because of narrow road of the area.

The location is very strategic. It is connected to a massive shopping mall and train station. It is easy to find anything in the shopping mall. The parking is free of charge. We parked our car and went to the Central Market just by the train station nearby hence we able to avoid the traffic jam. The breakfast is delicious, there are a lot of varieties.

I got a late check in since my flight is at midnight and I was told to get my room key inside the drawer (with permission and a photo with my name)unfortunately I cannot find my Name and uts already 2am and the Mad security guard won't let me touch or open the other drawer And asked me to wait until another MAD person came down and open another drawer and Yes my Key was at another drawer So Yeah He won't give me the Key without Paying 200Ringgit (which didn't mention)and I only have a card So now I got my room Key so I went to try it and it took me awhile to enter by the Help of Another MAD person On the next morning in the Lobby the were whispering in there dialect And told me to pay the Deposit, Also need to pay to enter the Skypool so Another MAD person in the pool won't let me enter bcos said it was drizzling but There's people swimming which is I found it so FUNNY They also didn't mention That there's No toiletries so 🤷 u have to bring ur own ...The rest inside the room was OK Clean with a nice view and a big room BUT U have to order a food using GRAB ....Also if u need something u only can chat tru whatsapp ,cannot call For me it's the STAFF not being Friendly they dnt Smile at all Photo is the view from Level 40

It was the best stay for me as the unit was extremely clean and subtle. Truly loved the ambiance that I had no regrets of extending another one night. Definitely worth coming back.

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.
