The service is great. I can clean you up in time when you go out for fun. The facilities are also relatively complete. Jinning is your home. I stay at your home every time. It is a really good experience.

I came to Gudian to relax, and the hotel grounds are vast with a strong garden feel. Walking around and enjoying the breeze is very stress-relieving. The room was generally clean, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. The mattress was just the right firmness for sleeping. There were a lot of guests during the holiday, but the staff were all very polite and helpful with any issues (Clove, I assume is a name or a specific inquiry type, so I'll keep it as is). The breakfast buffet was good, offering local snacks, though I hope they could rotate the variety every couple of days. It's close to various attractions around Dianchi Lake and not far from Fuxian Lake. Overall, it's a great resort hotel, perfect for family or friends on a short trip.

What can I say about this lovely homestay that hasn't been said before? It was even nicer than in the photos, which is rare. The environment is absolutely classy and comfortable, making you want to stay there longer. It is obvious that the owners know what they are doing; the check-in was probably the fastest we ever experienced in China, the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast was really delicious, the coffee made by an expert... The night was so quiet and peaceful that you can almost hear the water from the lake. The wetland park is just across the small street and it makes for a very nice walk or photo opportunity. We are already planning our next visit!

Arrived late at night, originally planned to pass by to rest, I did not expect it to be a warm homestay, clean and tidy, the room is suitable for family trips, the front desk is also very warm. The next morning, I was expected to turn around, but because the itinerary was in a hurry, I would definitely come again when I had time.

The air conditioner wasn't cooling. I was too hot to sleep in the middle of the night, so I turned on the air conditioner, but it blew warm air. I confirmed it was on cooling mode, but the temperature kept rising, reaching 25°C. I called the manager, and they said, ”I'm sorry,” but the cooling in your room wasn't working. So, the question is, is it just one room, or is it broken in all rooms? They're not fixing the problem, and are just letting the guests suffer. The breakfast was good and to my liking. Great!

Visiting Kunming during the Spring Festival was a bit of a disappointment, as the major tourist attractions were incredibly crowded and not very pet-friendly. However, a trip to the secluded fishing village of Wu Kuo You Ju was a completely different experience. The hotel is reminiscent of Maldives overwater bungalows, and the staff, all young and friendly, were incredibly attentive and friendly. They even turned on the air conditioning in advance, brought our luggage to our room, and delivered a very generous breakfast. The welcoming dog was absolutely adorable! The entire fishing village, Niu Lian Village, is a wonderful place to stroll around, relax, and play with your furry friends – beautiful scenery, few crowds! There are several stylish cafes nearby, and the Yulequan Campsite offers bonfire parties and fireworks in the evenings, making for a truly wonderful Spring Festival. Highly recommended!

View Dianchi Lake from a different angle. The hotel is in a great location, and the details of the facilities are very attentive. Every corner of the hotel is well-made, and it is worthy of being a popular B&B! The overall service is very meticulous and official. 😊 It lacks a little human interaction. It is right overall, but there is no deep feeling. I think the convenience of catering production needs to be improved. I recommend local delicious side dishes. The production (freshness) of seafood, shrimp and crabs does not seem to have much advantage here. Personal suggestions are for reference only. The special coffee downstairs is good. I think as a light luxury B&B, it should not only be a check-in destination. I will come again if I have the opportunity in the future. I wish it gets better and better.

The room is large and Chinese style. The bathroom is a little small, but the water in the bathroom is very comfortable, big and hot. The hot water comes quickly and the water drains very quickly. I like this very much. Disposable toiletries are also provided. Although I didn't use them, I think it is very convenient to provide these things to guests. If you forget to bring them sometimes, it is very convenient. The hotel is in a good location, on a road in a relatively prosperous area, next to a residential area, so it's very quiet. Parking is convenient. The girl in the lobby in front of the hotel will give you a parking ticket, so there is no parking fee. Breakfast is relatively simple and self-service, but it is definitely filling and has local characteristics. The more troublesome thing is that you have to go to the lobby and get a meal ticket from the girl in the lobby before you can go to the restaurant to have breakfast. You can't go to the restaurant to eat with the room card. I think it would be more convenient to improve this. The bed is very comfortable and provides two styles of pillows to choose from. In addition, what I feel needs to be praised is the road signs of this hotel. They are very clear and you will not be looking for the hotel's location on the road. You can easily find the hotel by following the map. The overall feeling is that the hardware of this hotel is quite good. If the software is improved a little bit, it will be more welcoming. It is a hotel worth recommending.
