Facilities: Very complete, and every detail is designed very well! Hygiene: clean, tidy, no peculiar smell ~ great experience! Environment: It's about four minutes' drive from South Railway Station. There are schools nearby, so it's quiet! Service: Excellent! Especially the front desk, the service is considerate - helping to pick up the boxes. The itinerary was confirmed one day in advance, and we were thoughtfully asked if it was a special anniversary and what room arrangements we had. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the front desk service made us feel very warm. My husband was full of praise! If I come back in the future, I will definitely stay here again~

Very sleek and modern hotel. This (I say this because this building has other hotels as well) hotel corridor and hotel room are very clean, fresh and nice. It is in the University Town and in this town there is night market. Every other step is a food store or hotel. The hotel can be hard to locate since one building could have multiple hotels with their own front desk. The Railway Station is just nearby. The is a slight typo in the trip.com website ”hopin” it should be ”houpin” as seen in the picture.

Generally, the room looks aesthetically very nice and is more than worth the cheap price. It has window curtains you can open and close with a switch next to the bed, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is nice, etc. Most of the room is very well cleaned as well. However, there were some small problems in my room, like the lights not turning on or off unless you press the switch right, a strange giant yellow/orange stain in the carpet, and some outlets are so worn out you can't charge your phone. There are a few things that cost money, like a special tea package, bath towel, etc. that make sense to charge for, but there's also things that are free disposables at other hotels (e.g. razors) but aren't free here. Each breakfast is a carton of milk, and some ”Denmark bread” given when you check in due to covid policies. It may or may not fill your stomach, depending on how much you eat.

The room was also equipped with a large-screen TV, which could receive various TV programs, and high-speed Wi-Fi network, which allowed me to stay in touch with family and friends anytime, anywhere. In short, this room was very comfortable and warm, making me feel like I was at home and relaxed. Finally, I have time to comment. This trip was a hotel booked temporarily because of the high-speed rail. At that time, I saw a newly opened hotel. Others did not pay special attention. It was already two o'clock in the morning at the hotel. After checking in, I entered the room and saw that it was the same as the picture of Trip.com. The whole house is smart. The hotel’s hygiene and equipment are very satisfactory. There were some episodes in the middle. The Northeast manager was very helpful. He immediately helped us change rooms and helped us carry the luggage. He apologized again and again. Considering that it was too late, we couldn’t get up for breakfast the next day. We paid for the guests. The manager handled the problem in a timely manner. Consider it very well, like 👍 The hotel is very quiet, the health service is very nice, the parking is very convenient, the entrance is the police station, very safe, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service, staying at the high-speed rail station to a warm hotel, very satisfied 👍

Stayed at a hotel for two nights for the first time Although the area is relatively quiet, you must take a taxi or pre-order Didi to enter and exit attractions or shopping malls! But it’s easy to reach your destination! The size of the hotel is very good, with a comfortable waiting area! There is an intelligent robot patrolling the hotel! What deserves praise is that the hotel provides special cars to pick up and drop off guests to the station or airport, which is a very convenient arrangement. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic to help solve guests' problems and requests, and they also provide snacks for guests with breakfast coupons for my friends! This trip was quite busy and I was unable to enjoy other facilities of the hotel! I hope I will use it more when I stay next time!
