This was my first stay at Jiangye Holiday Hotel, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us order takeout. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a laundry room. Right across from the hotel is Daguan Park, which was super convenient for a stroll and offered beautiful scenery. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends.

My overall stay was very satisfying. The hotel has a strong Chinese aesthetic, with an elegant and tranquil antique atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, featuring classic and grand Chinese decor, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff were polite. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money, allowing for an immersive experience of Chinese aesthetics, and is highly recommended. If I come to Kunming again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The front desk staff recommended several excellent restaurants, and during this time, you can also see Kunming's jacarandas.

Very cool and authentic place , warm,poetic and nostalgic. We enjoy staying there three days. The thoughtfulness they showed us is excellent , They even offered a bucket and herbal pack to soak our tired feet. A place you want to come back.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet night's rest. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, plenty of hot water, and stable water pressure. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and items were replenished promptly. Overall, it offers great value for money, with attention to detail. I highly recommend it for both business trips and tourism. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Overall, the room was excellent. We had a minor incident where the shower drain clogged, causing water to overflow from the bathroom and reach the bedside. However, by the time we returned, everything had been completely taken care of, and they even left us two boxes of milk – the service was truly fantastic. It was a bit warm during our stay, and the mini-fridge was thoughtfully restocked daily with bottled water, Coke, and another canned drink.

1. Location is very near to Jinma Biji Fang Pavilion. Just cross the road from the Pavillion will arrive at Nanjing Pedestrian shopping and walk through to Kunming old street - about 10-15 mins from hotel. Many food stalls and restaurants downstairs. 2. Hotel facilities - Free self service laundry with detergent and softener for hotel guests. Luggage storage at recep area. 3. Services - the Star ⭐ of the hotel is ”Lu Yiang Fang” (hope I get the name correct), a young pretty girl at the front desk. She took care of me so well (even after I had checked out) at the hotel sitting area by offering tea (pouring out and serving tea personally) and snack (sharing her ice cream, self bought). She went above and beyond to service guests and non guests on her own initiative - she checked on me (making sure that I was taken care of), booked Didi for me and sheltered me with umbrella while carrying my luggage under heavy rain to the Didi car and wanted to pay for my fare (wow, I cannot accept such kindness from a young kind generous girl, so I paid her back the fare with a small appreciation tip). She is so passionate and dedicated in her job, very nice, kind, generous, friendly and very helpful. She is a TRUE ASSET to this hotel. I ve stayed in huge numbers of variety hotels (of different ratings) in many countries, no one can match her excellent services and personality (especially after guests had checked out). To this pretty young girl, you are an Angel who shines on my 1st China solo holiday. Thank you so much for giving me such great memories in China!

This hotel is conveniently located near Jinma Biji Archway, boasting a charming and unique courtyard-style design. The rooms are fully equipped with all amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are incredibly comfortable and clean. There's even a stargazing terrace outside the room. The staff are warm and attentive, making for a truly delightful travel experience. I recommended this hotel to my friends, and they were more satisfied than expected. It's definitely my top choice for value for money!
