I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!

Our stay with the kids was fantastic! The room was spacious and not cramped at all, and the cleanliness was impeccable with no strange odors. The location is superb, with short taxi rides to and from the high-speed rail station and airport, making travel hassle-free. The staff were gentle and attentive, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, it was a warm and comfortable experience, perfect for a short family stay.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Kunming Railway Station, during a layover in Kunming, exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kunming Railway Station. It's just an 8-minute walk with luggage, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching a train, saving a lot of hassle and travel time. Upon checking in, I happened upon the hotel's grand opening event. The staff were warm and attentive, even giving out lovely small gifts, which really made me feel valued. Walking into the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was; every corner was spotless, and there were no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a great night's rest, and the toiletries were also of good quality, offering a pleasant experience. The room layout was practical, and the sleeping environment was quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest after a long journey. Considering the location, cleanliness, and service, it's perfectly suited for a temporary stay during a railway transfer. If I have another layover in Kunming, I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing to catch a train nearby.

🚗: The hotel offers airport transfer, just book in advance. We had an early 6 AM departure, and the front desk proactively called us around 5:40 AM to remind us. The car was a small van. 🍽️: We didn't have a chance to try the late-night dining, but the hotel is located in town, so we could order takeout and had plenty of food options. 🎁: The room came with disposable face towels, small snacks, an air purifier, and there was even water available for guests in the hallway. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Great value for money. Definitely recommend.

This hotel has a lovely ambiance with a charming courtyard full of flowers. They offer free parking, and the rooms are fully smart-enabled. The bathroom is also thoughtfully designed with a separate wet and dry area. The owner is incredibly kind and provides excellent service; they'll even call ahead to arrange airport pickup. On the day of your departure, they'll call you to wake you up before your flight. There are plenty of local eateries nearby in the evening, and the owner's recommendations were delicious and didn't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yunnan!

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with a one-night stay, especially if you have a late-night arrival or an early morning flight. Although there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself is very comfortable. The rooms are modern, equipped with smart features, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the restaurant staff are exceptionally warm and sincere. It was also a nice touch that they offered guests Yunnan’s famous rose biscuits to sample. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, making it an excellent choice for transit travelers. My only suggestion is to contact the hotel via WeChat in advance, especially for foreign visitor. Adding us on WeChat in advance before arrival makes communication much easier. We spent over 30 minutes waiting for the airport pickup because our phone calls went unanswered, even though the support line responded quickly once we got through. Overall, despite the pickup delay, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and convenient airport location.

After comparing many places, this one stood out. The beds are comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating a family of four. It's conveniently located near Shuangqiao, with good transport links and the subway not too far away. Downstairs, there are two bakeries and a rice noodle shop, so finding food is super easy. Breakfast was also good. We initially planned to stay one night but ended up extending our stay.

Our family stay with the kids was fantastic! The outdoor lawn and garden were perfect for the little ones to run around and burn off energy, and the kids' play area was a lifesaver, giving us some much-needed hands-free time. We even managed to squeeze in some time at the gym. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable – we slept soundly until we woke up naturally. A special shout-out to the breakfast; it was absolutely delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. This hotel is highly recommended for family vacations!

This hotel is truly excellent! The location is superb, right behind the train station, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's incredibly good value for money at this price. Every room has a full-length mirror, perfect for taking photos. The hotel's decor is beautiful and very Instagrammable. The staff are super responsive to messages, and the front desk team, both the guys and girls, were incredibly nice. Thank you all so much; my stay was very satisfying. I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The view is also great, you can even see the Twin Towers!

Extremely satisfied! This new hotel is exceptionally clean, and the TV is great too. They offer a shuttle service, which is perfect for travelers arriving late or departing early from the airport. There's an Yi ethnic village nearby with delicious food. Very happy with my stay, and the price is good too. Highly recommend this place!
