I stayed at this hotel for the Lanzhou Marathon. You might be wondering why I chose a hotel so far out. Well, all the other hotels significantly hiked their prices, but this one didn't. Plus, the service was exceptional! On the day of the race, the butler even arranged for their private car to take me to the nearest subway station. The hotel also boasts great views, with direct sights of the Yellow River and various bridges.

I used the gym! I even used the laundry facilities! I was overjoyed to receive a room upgrade upon check-in, and then worked out in the gym for half an hour. Although it's small, it has treadmills, elliptical trainers, yoga mats, and disinfectant wipes!!! The small gym is very nice. The decor is typical of Atour, I didn't take any pictures. Also, the service was excellent, much better than the Atour hotels I stayed at in Beijing 😆 Furthermore!! Superb service! I forgot my power bank at the front desk, and asked the store to send it home for me. It wasn't shipped out in 5 minutes, and they even paid for the shipping!!! The service attitude and speed are amazing 🙀!!

The hotel isn't like Atour in every building. The top two floors of the business building are Atour. The front desk guy explained where the parking is in the basement, but didn't tell us the elevator is in the business building and we need to look up upon entering. He also didn't tell us to press the first floor to check in at the front desk (what a fuss! Since the property management doesn't allow posting of reminders, why not explain it in detail in the service?). I've always been impressed with Atour's hardware, but the towels at this hotel could use a new one; they're really old.

The hot water comes out quickly, the water pressure is stable, the cooling and air conditioning mode is very powerful, the wifi runs normally, and the game is not stuck at all. The attention to detail was impressive; seeing that we had four pieces of luggage between two people, the check-in staff thoughtfully arranged for a colleague to help us bring our bags to the room. The hotel's facilities are excellent, not only offering a washing machine but also a dryer, complete with laundry detergent. Both are available 24/7 (the room TV shows the status of the washing machines – whether they are in use or available), and best of all, the laundry service is free! That's fantastic; my clothes smelled wonderfully fresh after washing. The next day, I called the front desk to inquire about the brand of laundry detergent. They informed me that Atour Hotel's detergent is custom-made. To my surprise, when I checked out, they gave me several packets of the detergent, along with a small gift bag containing three packets of 'San Pao Tai' (a type of tea), more laundry detergent, and bottled water. 🫶🏻🫶🏻
