I chose this hotel for the high-floor view, and the view indeed lived up to expectations. However, check-in took quite a while. They said it was because foreign guests required passport printing, perhaps indicating a lack of experience with international visitors. Beyond the view, the overall stay was rather unremarkable, even a bit disappointing. There's a small step in the room that's easy to trip over if you're not careful. Previously, when I stayed at an Atour in Shenyang (and it wasn't even an Atour S), they offered not just bottled water but also canned drinks, drip coffee, and small snacks. This Atour S only provided bottled water and tea. Putting these minor details aside, the bathroom shower frequently leaked water into the toilet area, making it feel like there was no proper wet/dry separation. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, but the taste was just average. The air conditioning, presumably central, was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The hotel's surroundings aren't particularly interesting, but getting a taxi was easy enough. There are only two elevators, so there was an occasional wait. Upon check-out, they did offer some gifts. Unless you're specifically going for the view, the value for money isn't great.

I used the gym! I even used the laundry facilities! I was overjoyed to receive a room upgrade upon check-in, and then worked out in the gym for half an hour. Although it's small, it has treadmills, elliptical trainers, yoga mats, and disinfectant wipes!!! The small gym is very nice. The decor is typical of Atour, I didn't take any pictures. Also, the service was excellent, much better than the Atour hotels I stayed at in Beijing 😆 Furthermore!! Superb service! I forgot my power bank at the front desk, and asked the store to send it home for me. It wasn't shipped out in 5 minutes, and they even paid for the shipping!!! The service attitude and speed are amazing 🙀!!

When I checked in at 2 pm, I waited for nearly half an hour to enter the room; After checking in, I found that there was no washing cup in the room. Later, I contacted the staff to refill it. I felt that there should be some omissions in the busyness. There is also a little curiosity that I don't know if it is the difference between membership rights. We booked ordinary orders through Trip.com . When we left the store, we saw that many guests had souvenirs, and we checked out directly and left. If it is indeed the exclusive rights of members, I think it would be better to explain it in advance, and to avoid a little doubt from guests like me who stay for the first time. Overall, the flaws are not concealed. This stay left a very good impression on Atour, hardware, design, washing and breakfast are all online. The staff at your hotel displayed exemplary character and meticulous service, fully reflecting high professional standards and excellent hotel management. The hotel's facilities are excellent, not only offering a washing machine but also a dryer, complete with laundry detergent. Both are available 24/7 (the room TV shows the status of the washing machines – whether they are in use or available), and best of all, the laundry service is free! That's fantastic; my clothes smelled wonderfully fresh after washing. The next day, I called the front desk to inquire about the brand of laundry detergent. They informed me that Atour Hotel's detergent is custom-made. To my surprise, when I checked out, they gave me several packets of the detergent, along with a small gift bag containing three packets of 'San Pao Tai' (a type of tea), more laundry detergent, and bottled water. 🫶🏻🫶🏻
