The room environment is great, and the service is excellent. The surroundings are nice, with shops conveniently close by, making it easy to get around. The in-room facilities are comprehensive, with no other issues. I recommend staying here; I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel was great, but more a selfservice hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortabele, personel was vey friendly but did not speak otter languages but with the translate app everything worked fine. Every text in the hotel was in Chinese only. Maybe it will be beter when more foreigners come to China for holiday! The location of the hotel is really great, naar metro and shops and also the river is close. One thing for improvement would be to have real towels. Better for guests and environment.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The bath towels, hand towels, and mouthwash cups were all disposable and of decent quality. Facilities: Very new, with automatic toilets. Environment: Located next to a bustling pedestrian street with lots of great food options. Service: Excellent. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and provided detailed information.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Train Night Market and the Gansu Provincial Museum, across from Lanzhou City Center, and with a bus stop and subway station right outside, it's convenient for everything. Lanzhou West Station is just one stop away. The room was a good size, spacious for one person, and quite clean. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; you could clearly hear people walking by. The front desk service was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was not ideal; it was KFC, and I had to go to the front desk early in the morning to get a breakfast coupon. For this price, it's not good value. Nearby hotels of the same standard are half the price (and don't include breakfast, which is actually a no-brainer).

Everything about the accommodation was good except for the breakfast. It was rather disappointing. I read and thought that the breakfast was served by a restaurant nearby, turns out the breakfast was just a pack containing a bread and 2 buns. Honestly I wouldn't have pay for this type of breakfast if I have other greater options nearby.

Highly recommend for anyone attending the Lanzhou Marathon! First, the location is super close to the subway station! It says 200 meters, but it felt like less than 20! Second, the owner is incredibly warm and thoughtful, even preparing motivational supplies for us, which was a really nice touch – you could tell they personally bought everything. I'll definitely be booking here again for next year's marathon!

The hotel is right next to the Provincial Museum, diagonally across from Lanzhou City Center, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and groceries. Driving with kids to the Provincial Museum, staying here was a great choice! The hotel parking lot is the same as the Provincial Museum parking lot. Follow the signs for the Provincial Museum to the nearest pedestrian exit. The hotel is new, with separate wet and dry areas in the rooms. It's clean and bright, and disposable towels and bath towels are provided. There are multiple washing machines and dryers on the first floor, which wash and dry very cleanly and efficiently. In the blink of an eye, I ordered takeout, and it was already washed and dried. Oh, and there are plenty of takeout options. It was raining when we arrived, so I didn't feel like going out, so I ordered food and drinks—snacks, main meals, desserts, and beverages—all delivered to my room. Upon checking out, I was met by the hotel's friendly and welcoming hostess, who waived my parking fee. Lanzhou is a great place. I'll definitely be back, and definitely staying here again.

The new hotel was very clean, with all the facilities in the room being brand new, and the disposable toiletries were clean and hygienic, making for a reassuring stay. However, a few major drawbacks affected the experience: the room lacked a TV and a full-length mirror, which was very inconvenient for travelers; the overall space was small, and with two 20-inch suitcases laid out, there was almost no room to move around, suggesting that the hotel rooms are becoming increasingly cramped. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor, and I was woken up by outside noise in the early morning. Fortunately, I left my room key in the room when I checked out and called the front desk. The staff responded quickly and efficiently.

The room was very clean, the waiter was very good, and the room was changed. There is free parking, there is a snack street around, there is a Wangfujing shopping plaza, don't buy the hotel's breakfast, it is a simple meal, a instant noodles and a cup of eight-treasure porridge. Not a buffet.

For example, the inconspicuous corners, shelves, etc. are all very clean and dust-free. Environment: It is located behind the Army 940 Hospital. If you go to the Army General Hospital for business, you can go in directly from the back door of the hospital. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel is in a community, very quiet, and there are a lot of food around. Service: The front desk and waiters are all young people and very enthusiastic. They will answer all your questions in a timely and enthusiastic manner. If necessary, they will also tell you the guide and where you can buy fruits, where there are night markets, etc.
