GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, the design is very elegant and artistic, and under the Feidaijifei banner, it provides branded face cream, eye cream and hand cream, which are very useful. But the service was average and not very good. The housekeeper didn't speak English well and didn't know what I wanted. It took a long time for them to get things. When I checked out, I found there was something wrong with the bill. The mini bar was not used but I was charged. Of course, after telling us it was useless, the hotel also canceled. I booked a car from the hotel for a little over 280 euros one way. When I set off, I asked the driver to pick up a friend who lived in a nearby hotel (it would be there in 3 minutes). The driver said yes, and the final bill was 130 euros more just to pick me up on the way. Friends, I am speechless. In the end, because the hotel didn't tell me in advance that it would charge 130 euros, I insisted and didn't charge it. In short, the bill was a bit messy, because when I checked out, I met a couple next to me who also complained about the bill. At that time, the manager said that there was no problem. The couple next to me mentioned that they would not have this problem if they stayed at Four Seasons. In this case, the manager said that he was from Four Seasons and kept insisting that he was right, but in the end it was proved that he was wrong. Anyway, I just feel that the service is not that good and does not match the style of the hotel.

RRun4freeSuch a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again.

BBeatriceLee1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros.
2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast.
3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

GGuest UserSplendid!!!!! I’m kinda wordless but just highly recommend this extraordinary hotel! It’s located at the center of Milan city center. 2 minutes walk to the central station. 15minites drive to the Milan cathedral and shopping district. Very good scenery at the restaurant patio on 7th floor. All the staff are too nice to believe. Greeting and smiling all the time, very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and macaroons every day! Issam and every staff from the reception is so helpful. Concierge and velvet parking are also fantastic! They helped me to mail the postcard, which surprised me. Although the hotel is pricy, I still strongly recommend and I personally ensure that I will be back in the near future. Love ya, excelsior hotel, and all people there!!!

JJialakesusiThis hotel has excellent amenities and services. The breakfast spread was fantastic, even including smoked salmon. It was also very convenient to have two complimentary bottles of mineral water in the room. The location was great for getting onto the highway, which was just on the outskirts of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a really good rest.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty good. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is also big enough. The furniture and the environment are modern. The restaurant offers a typical continental breakfast. The food is rich, with many options to suite everyone's taste and delicious. The only thing that dissatisfied me is that only small amount of the receptionists spoke English. We didn't meet cooperation when we asked to be booked taxi from a firm chosen by us, but only by the ones they work with. Compliments for the room cleaners.

GGuest UserA good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

3300150****It was very horrible trip in Italy, the first day I arrived the Novotel Linate hotel my backpack was stolen in the hotel lobby almost full valuable stuff lost, it was most upset and traumatic experience I Ever had. You can’t imagine how bad it is in the hotel lobby, really ridiculous and unimaginable.
The most awful thing I didn’t get any apologies from hotel. I reported the case to police station in Milano by myself, although I pleased to check the camera video and refused by hotel due to the dame human rights excuse, I am wondering if the stuff from hotel were stolen , won’t you check the camera or not? It was very suck for the Milano police, I am shame on them , in the past 20 days, nothing progress from them , moreover they seem didn’t come to hotel check after my report in their office. Very baaaaaaaad
