The heating is sufficient Environment: Because it is in a residential building, the surrounding is very quiet, I slept well, and the surrounding area is relatively safe. What is surprising is that there are many Chinese shops or restaurants around Service: The landlord did not show up on the day of check-in, and called to check in by himself. I told him how to open the door and asked about the breakfast time the next day on the phone. It was prepared on time the next morning. The breakfast was very rich. He also toasted bread, fried eggs, and made tea and coffee on the spot. Замечательный мини-отель. Очень чистый, приятный и заботливый персонал, уборка, завтрак, всё хорошо. Единственный нюанс для моего путешествия - не самая удобная локация. Мне нужно было бронировать что-то ближе к Centrale, т.к каждый день я отправлялась рано утром на экскурсии, и это утомительно. Если до вокзала трамвайчик номер пять меня без проблем доставлял, то от вокзала я каждый раз не могла выбраться. В остальном всё чудесно, спасибо большое!

The room is comfy and cute. It is kind of difficult to know where is the entrance.

The hotel is very close to the subway, breakfast is at the bar on the side, you can ask for orange juice, coffee croissants! Breakfast at Giuseppe Meracha stadium is still very comfortable.

My first night there was a terrible experience. I arrived at Milan train station around 7 pm, took a 7 euro taxi, and rushed to the hotel, only to find I couldn't get in. I called the front desk, but no one answered. I then contacted the address provided by Ctrip, turned left and left again to find the front desk, but still couldn't find it, so I took another 7 euro taxi to check in. I went back to the front desk to register, but the kiosk was still locked. The front desk finally opened the door, and after all that trouble, I didn't get in until almost 10 pm. The building was dilapidated, and the constant noise from the pipes kept me awake all night. The next day, I quickly went to the Mozart Hotel, which was only 100 meters away. That hotel was terrible—poor service and outdated facilities. The Mozart Hotel, on the other hand, was excellent.
