Great
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet area about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The lobby, corridors, and room are decorated in a modern style. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We could help ourselves to free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby, and simple bread was served in the morning. We had a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserLocation is good! Able to walk or take the tram to the Duomo. Offered a room in the ground floor and surprisingly it’s very quiet! Bed is a bit hard but it’s acceptable. Breakfast choices are limited tho.
We drove there with rental car. There’s parking in the mall next to the hotel. Very convenient!
__ZSH11310000308****This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. From check-in at the front desk to the room itself and the service, everything was perfect. The hotel even has its own parking, and the rooms come with a bathtub, which, though not huge, is perfectly functional. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the only one in Milan where I haven't been disappointed.
GGuest UserMilan is generally average
I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate.
First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂
The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy.
The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.
DDenisNicely located -- just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo Square. Cafes and restaurants around. Free water at the reception (good to have after spending whole day sightseeing and then getting back to the hotel but forgetting to buy a bottle of water in a supermarket). A tiny negative thing is that the air conditioner did not allow to change the speed and temperature -- the control buttons were there but pressing them had no effect. Breakfast is good in the sense of variety of dishes but could still be better, e.g. fried eggs seemed to be cooked with some additions -- the taste was artificial.

Very Good
SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!
Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserOverall, everything was good. The hotel is well located in the city center, making it very convenient to walk and get around. However, the housekeeping staff lacked a service-minded attitude. When I arrived, my key card didn’t work. I politely asked a housekeeper who was cleaning nearby for help, but she responded rudely and told me to go to the reception in an unfriendly manner.

SStellaLouWe had an enjoyable 4-night stay here! Rooms were clean and the bed was soft and comfy, as expected of every Novotel hotels! Love the huge and spacious lobby and lounge area even though we did not use it but it looks so cosy and well furnished! Location wise is a little far from the city centre but there are trams outside the hotel that will take you there in 30mins. Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)
