Milan Hotels with Pools

The hotel's location is superb, right opposite Milan Central Station Square, making travel and transfers by train or metro incredibly convenient. The hotel building seamlessly blends modern design with a vintage, historical feel, giving it a distinctive exterior. Our group booked three rooms, each of which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process at the front desk was simple and efficient, with almost no waiting time. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the Duomo, which is very convenient for exploring the city center. Compared to most hotels in Europe, the breakfast here is particularly diverse, offering a wide array of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. The overall service quality was excellent. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Zheng from the breakfast restaurant. She was always smiling and proactively attended to every table, providing thoughtful and meticulous service that brightened our mornings every day.

Great location and friendly staff, but disappointing stay overall We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. The hotel was clean and had nice decor, making a good first impression. Cons: The noise levels from the area was unexpected. Loud music played until the early hours, making it very difficult to sleep. The lights in our room kept switching on and off during the night, which was disruptive and unsettling. The breakfast was disappointing—the meat and scrambled eggs were cold, which was off-putting and not what we expected.

Choose a hotel room carefully; you won't be happy with a room facing the wrong direction. However, after some discussion, the change was relatively normal. Location is the main advantage. If location isn't a concern, I'd also stay at the Belmond, which I think offers a better overall resort atmosphere. But the rooms are just so-so. Overall, it's a safe stay. The experience wasn't particularly outstanding. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough. I tried both breakfast and late-night snacks in the room, and they were both terrible... The bar with the view was the best option. The concierge recommended a new opera, which was also okay. But the overall service to Chinese people was mediocre. We always had to wait the longest for the water taxi, even though we were the first to call. So, after initially tipping generously, I was already getting angry...

It was a great Stay at Sheraton Milan San Siro. It’s little bit away from City centre and not directly connected with easy public transport but Milan has a great taxi system and you can get taxi just outside the hotel. You will need approx 30 mins to reach city centre. Everything was great, service at Breakfast buffet was very slow. No-one is there to assist and you need to find a table which could be empty and also I did not get coffee I ordered in 30 mins so left for city centre without coffee.

1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros. 2. There was an extra charge for ordering an omelet at breakfast. 3. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need.

Locatie was top en alles was ook zeer duidelijk uitgelegd om in te checken en bij aankomst was het appartement perfect inorde. Helaas hadden we enkele minpunten toch. Het zwembad was enkel open tot 19h. Wanneer we een bericht stuurde, mochten we een half uurtje langer. Met deze temperaturen had het aangenaam geweest dat het zwembad gewoon open was! Wou je langer, moest je dit tegen betaling bij boeken. Online staat dat de kamers dagelijks worden proper gemaakt. Dit klopt niet. Onze kamer is nooit proper gemaakt. En wanneer ik onder het bed keek, was het echt heel smerig en lag er nog rommel onder van vorige bezoekers De laatste avond konden we niet meer binnen in ons appartement. Er was een stroompanne geweest in ons appartement. De vrouw heeft meteen iemand gestuurd om dit te maken. Dat was fijn. De man is zelfs 2x moeten terugkomen omdat het nog niet voldoende opgelost was. Maar we hadden die avond en de volgende ochtend maar op 1 stopcontact stroom. Gelukkig wel nog de ventilator en frigo! Dat de man dit niet kan maken om 23h begrijp ik, maar nergens heeft de eigenares hierover zich geëxcuseerd bij ons of iets van compensatie aangeboden. Het enige wat ze zei was dat we de dag nadien stipt om 10u moesten uitchecken want dat de elektricien kwam om 10u. (O Dit was echt heel jammer en onbeleefde communicatie. Excuses waren het minste dat ze kon aanbieden. Of ons net wat later laten uitchecken aangezien om 23u40 de man pas klaar was in ons appartement met werken aan de elektriciteit. (Een probleem dat ze 6weken geleden ook voor hadden, dus geen nieuw probleem!) Als je gasten niet binnen kunnen en nadien een uur zonder elektriciteit zitten en de rest van de nacht en ochtend maar 1 stopcontact hebben, excuseer je je. Bied je een compensatie aan. En ga je ze niet ook nog afjagen om uit te checken. Heel jammer

This hotel is a bit out of the way, especially for the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics. It's surrounded by Porsche and Audi dealerships, as well as railway lines and elevated roads, making it ideal if you're driving. Parking is convenient at 12 euros a day. The pool hasn't been fixed in the three days I've been here, and I still can't go for a swim. 😂

I chose this hotel because I arrived in Milan quite late and needed somewhere close to Linate Airport for just one night. It was only about a 5–10 minute drive from the airport, which made it very convenient. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. A practical and comfortable option if you need somewhere to stay near Linate Airport, especially for a late arrival or an early departure.

A relatively satisfactory accommodation experience~~ Facilities: Very complete facilities, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste Hygiene: Someone comes to clean and clean every day🧹 Environment: It is relatively remote and far from the city center, but the hotel's environment is still good. Service: OK. The door lock was broken and was repaired promptly. The breakfast was quite delicious.
