very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

Château Monfort is an absolutely amazing hotel in Milan. The staff are consistently nice, professional, and attentive, making you feel truly welcomed. The location is excellent — just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk from Piazza San Babila, the fashion district, and the Duomo, with great connections to the rest of the city center. The building itself is a beautiful early 20th-century Art Nouveau gem, full of vintage charm and fairy-tale character that blends perfectly with modern luxury. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and attentive staff!!! 10/10 Greeted upon arrival, speedy check in process and was escorted directly to my suite and briefly given a tour of all features in the room. Very modern and clean, a superior luxury hotel with all high quality amenities. Breakfast in the first floor lounge/bar area with ceiling to floor panoramic glass view of the century old garden. The entire hotel is the perfect combination of modern and antique interior with rich woodwork and a grand entrance marble staircase and pillars throughout the foyer. Great central location walking distance to the duomo cathedral and main shopping area.

Choose a hotel room carefully; you won't be happy with a room facing the wrong direction. However, after some discussion, the change was relatively normal. Location is the main advantage. If location isn't a concern, I'd also stay at the Belmond, which I think offers a better overall resort atmosphere. But the rooms are just so-so. Overall, it's a safe stay. The experience wasn't particularly outstanding. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough. I tried both breakfast and late-night snacks in the room, and they were both terrible... The bar with the view was the best option. The concierge recommended a new opera, which was also okay. But the overall service to Chinese people was mediocre. We always had to wait the longest for the water taxi, even though we were the first to call. So, after initially tipping generously, I was already getting angry...

Small note: - maybe consider making the door bell silent, other ways i could hear the next doors opening and ringing (a bit annoying) - the chandelier by the bed on ‘paradise’ room are too low (easy to hit it) Thank you

I had an exceptional stay at the Armani Hotel Milan. Everything about the experience was flawless — from the elegant design and immaculate cleanliness to the outstanding service. The staff were truly amazing — professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every detail reflected the brand’s signature style and luxury. Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Check in and check out was super smooth. Breakfast was delicious and the entire hotel has such a vibe. The bar was also so nice to sit at after a busy day exploring the city. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again.

Shopping is very convenient near the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Milan. The hotel service is courteous. Because I forgot to bring an adapter plug, they even gave me a plug to use. The room is very well-equipped. The room I chose this time also has a terrace. The surrounding view is very good. Next I will choose this hotel again.

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast
