A very disappointing stay. Firstly the location is in a business district so it’s not very attractive. There’s nothing to see or visit nearby and so unless you’re going to travel by car you’re stuck at the hotel. I found my room to be very depressing. It felt very cheap and it was very uncomfortable. The floor was made up of cheap carpet tiles. The type you would find in an office building and I would imagine if they have a spillage they just rip a carpet tile out and replace to keep their costs down. Also in the room there were just disposable paper cups and no glasses. I found the bed to be very basic with poor linens and I didn’t sleep well at all. Definitely wouldn’t consider staying here again or make a recommendation. Unless you need to be in the business district for any reason I wouldn’t recommend staying, but even then, I would likely stay elsewhere and travel to the area if I needed to

Spacious and clean hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Food was good with nibbles provided in the bar. Little bit out of the way but great value. Very quiet and modern style.

The location is just perfect, 1 min walk from the central station. Many restaurants near by. The windows were sound proof which is a very plus. The hotel too has an inn house bar in the lobby which is very ideal for couple of hrs for solo travel like me.

The hotel location is a bit far away the train station to the city, but the service and hotel accommodation is good, the morning breakfast has lots of varieties and selections. The steak house is really good, especially the Italian rib eye steak.

It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

Good location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. I booked a room with a double bed and ac. Only to arrive and find the double bed is 2 singles beds pushed together. This isn't a double bed just because you put a double sheet on. They turn off the AC in winter, so you can't use it. Absolutely bizarre. They did however change me to a king single room and supply me with a fan. They also advertised they have a sauna with no mention of an extra charge. €30 per hour they charge. If you are going to advertise something then you need to provide it or state ”no AC during winter, our double bed is two singles pushed together, the sauna is €30 an hour”. This hotel needs to do better with the description!!

Very nice hotel in Milan, easy to reach the center by the near station. The restaurant ”eat to me” is very good, especially for the service of the kind Sonia and the great Miky (oldi) at the bar! I suggest the typical Italian dishes and the cocktails. We will for sure come back soon!

We arrived at this hotel from a cab at the train station. When my husband went to show his ID at the hotel desk, he realized that his pocket had been picked at the train station. The desk clerk at this hotel immediately took us under his wing and helped us through the lengthy process of cancelling all of my husband’s credit cards. A member of the staff gave him a local phone to use to cancel his cards. This was a kindness that wasn’t necessary but it goes to show you how thoughtful and caring the staff at the AC Hotel Milan Sesto ARE. We even received an upgrade on our room.
