The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean, and the bedding had no strange smells. The soundproofing was decent as well; I wasn't disturbed at night. Some facilities are a bit old. The front desk staff were friendly, although there was a bit of a queue for check-in. The breakfast offered a good variety. For this price, it was a hassle-free stay.

The room turned out to be spacious and very stylish—it was a pleasure to return to after exploring the city. The hotel's hammam is simply a gem: it's the perfect place to relax after a busy day. And thanks to a 10% discount at the Fire Lake restaurant, dinner was not only delicious but also a great value. The service was excellent: the staff were attentive, friendly, and responded to requests promptly. Overall, our stay left us with the warmest memories—we will definitely be back.
