Very satisfied with this stay! The location of the hotel is convenient for travel and eating around. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Check-in is fast and efficient. The room is clean and tidy. The lighting and ventilation are very good.

First, the pros: 1. The location is great, about 100 meters from the famous egg pancake shop, with a breakfast place next door. You can also order takeout from some popular restaurants. 2. It's within walking distance of Tianyi Square and Drum Tower, and there are plenty of buses nearby, making travel convenient. 3. The bedding is comfortable; I slept well for both nights. The deluxe twin room was spacious. Now, the cons: 1. The shower head fell off while I was showering at night. The maintenance worker came to fix it but couldn't, so we were moved from the 5th floor to a room at the end of the 4th floor. The window faced the road, and even with it closed, I could hear cars passing by, indicating poor sound insulation. 2. I used a two-night pre-sale voucher for this stay. Due to my itinerary, I booked Saturday night first, then Sunday night. When checking in on Saturday, there was no mention that I would need to renew my key card for Sunday. When I returned to the hotel at 12:30 PM on Sunday, I found I couldn't open the door. After calling, I was told that because I had two separate bookings, I should have known to come down and renew the key card. Later, when a staff member came to open the door, I was lectured about renewing the card. So, if I hadn't renewed the card, would it be assumed I was only staying one night? If so, 12:30 PM was well past the check-out time, yet no staff member questioned why I hadn't checked out, nor did any cleaning staff enter to tidy up. 3. During previous stays at other Hanting Hotels, the front desk would try to sell me a 50 RMB top-up experience golden card that included breakfast. At that time, I specifically asked if I could still get the golden card breakfast benefit if I booked through other platforms, and I was told I could negotiate with the front desk. This time, however, the front desk informed me that I couldn't enjoy the breakfast if I hadn't booked a golden card directly through Huazhu app. Since there are many breakfast options nearby, not having breakfast was acceptable. But just as the check-in process was almost finished, the front desk suddenly said that downloading and activating the Huazhu app would get me free breakfast. The marketing pitches are inconsistent, making it seem like they're only interested in a one-time sale. I hope they improve their staff training.

The location is excellent, right by a subway exit. Our room's window directly faced Tianyi Square, offering expansive and beautiful city views. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a really thoughtful and convenient touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, styled with a minimalist, light grey decor that created a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. It had ample lighting and a convenient service call button right by the bed. Breakfast was light, delicious, and well-balanced, catering perfectly to a wide range of preferences. The front desk lounge on the first floor was thoughtfully designed and very inviting.

Staying at this hotel for the second time, I remember that the last time I came to Ningbo to choose this hotel last year. The stay experience was very good, and the breakfast was delicious. This time I came to Ningbo and stayed again! I was not disappointed. The hygiene was very clean. The small cockroach I ordered early was made on the spot, hot, hehe! Must be praised! Praise! Praise!

The hotel's toilet and shower are divided into dry and wet areas, which is worth learning from other hotels. The service attitude is good. It is very close to large shopping malls, convenient transportation, rich breakfast, and good service attitude. When it is almost time to check out, the waiter did not rush and said that it is okay to be late. The attitude is very satisfactory.

The price was cheap, but the environment was really nice. The delivery was done by a robot, so there was privacy. There's a public bathhouse right next door, which is worth checking out. It's great value for money. The robot responded very quickly. I didn't get to try the breakfast, so I don't know how it was, but after the delay, no one bothered me, which was great.

The environment is good, the service is good, and the sound insulation effect is good. I will book again next time

Hotel is located quite conveniently near the last subway station. Breakfast was nicely done with basic choice catering to locals. We ll stay again.

A very cost-effective hotel, not far from Ningbo Railway Station, 12 or 3 minutes walk, just a few minutes to Nantang Old Street, eating is very convenient, there is a local breakfast shop in Ningbo for many years downstairs, many people from other places to queue up to buy. The hotel room is not small, clean, the bathroom is dry and wet, the room soundproofing should be very good, and the sound of the next room will not be heard. When I booked, I marked the room I wanted to be quiet. When I checked in, I told the front desk that the front desk said that I had reserved a room away from the road. Thank you very much.
