♥️Room We were upgraded to a standalone villa – it was new, very quiet, and spacious, with a small courtyard! The twin beds could be moved together. The toilet, shower, and sink were in a separate area, and there was a dressing table too! ♥️Breakfast Most of the items were Ningbo specialties! Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), wontons, handmade noodles, pancakes, sticky rice balls, wheat rolls, youzanzi (fried dough twists), douhua (tofu pudding)... everything was really delicious! The restaurant itself was very unique, with multiple doorways leading through, and even a wall covered in greenery. ♥️Service I felt their dedication even before checking in! We unfortunately encountered a typhoon, so they swapped out our outdoor activities from the package. There was a dedicated shuttle for check-in, and we received a fruit platter! The butler was also available 24/7. Other hotels often try to get you to spend more, but not here – they were always very thoughtful in helping us solve problems! ♥️Facilities If you're traveling with kids like us, this hotel is perfect! It has an indoor playground, a swimming pool, and intangible cultural heritage craft activities! There were also tons of activities during the summer (details in the photos). Outside the hotel, within 1.5 km, there are many shops, so it's convenient for food, drinks, and other necessities! We also received a 3-day free parking pass upon check-in.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a king-size room and had a great experience. The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which was large and very clean. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I can't sleep on soft mattresses, so the hotel staff specially changed it to a firmer one for me. That alone deserves a great review! The soundproofing in the room was also very good, and the environment was quiet. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. I hope they can keep up the good work!

Staying at Kaiyuan Resort at Jiulong Lake, the biggest highlight is the beautiful mountain and lake scenery. The resort grounds are spacious and the air is fresh. The rooms are well-equipped and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, though the taste is just average. The hotel has plenty of activities for kids, making it great for families. There was a bit of a wait during check-in on the weekend, but the overall service attitude was good. It’s perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway from the city hustle and bustle.

Our top pick for a Dongqian Lake getaway! A special shout-out to our butler, Nicole, who not only upgraded our room for free but also granted us a late check-out! The hotel is right next to the popular 'International Lake House' sunset spot, and very close to Hanling Old Street, making dining super convenient. Nestled between mountains and the lake, its village-style garden design offers picturesque views at every turn. The rooms are spacious and clean, each with a scenic balcony and comfortable bedding. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the shuttle service within the resort is very handy. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Strolling through the grounds and enjoying the hot springs are both incredibly relaxing activities, perfect for escaping the city hustle. The hotel's body lotion is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

Escape the hustle and bustle and come to Banbianshan to see the sea! This hotel gave me a perfect stay experience, and the value for money is impressive. Although it has been open for many years, the facilities are still well-maintained, with no sense of being old or run down. The guest room hygiene details are spot-on, and the public areas are clean and pleasant. The staff are warm and polite; check-in was quick, and feedback on requests was very prompt. My stay at the Park Hyatt Ningbo was an incredibly comfortable and memorable experience, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Sylva. From the initial booking communication, Sylva demonstrated an attentiveness and enthusiasm that went above and beyond my expectations. She proactively added my contact information, letting me know I could reach out at any time during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in checking ferry tickets for Dongqian Lake and genuinely recommended reliable photography services. Thinking of the guest experience, she thoughtfully sent up bath salts and a welcome fruit plate. Even after her shift, she offered to give me a tour of the hotel's ancient village grounds, meticulously explaining the hotel's Jiangnan architecture at night. All of her care came from the heart, without any stiff or formulaic pleasantries. While the 'Misty Jiangnan' ambiance of the Park Hyatt is undoubtedly elegant and captivating, it was this warm, thoughtful, and proactive service that truly became the most precious highlight of my trip.

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.
