The boss gave us a free upgrade to the room, and the room was very good inside and outside! !
The room is large and clean, and the location of the homestay can directly enjoy the river view.
The complimentary afternoon tea is very good, especially the Basque cheese milk is very flavorful.

GGuest UserVery good stay experience, the homestay is surrounded by green mountains and forests, and the window is opened to see the sea of clouds. It coincides with the rainy season, the mountain air washed by rain, and the sweetness of dew. When I woke up, my brain was clear and my heart was clear to disperse the fatigue. Breakfast is simple but not will be, the ingredients are very fresh, learned that I am vegetarian, the eldest sister also sent me the steamed grain steamed buns. The boss is also handsome and kind, get up early to send us to the destination, and have a panoramic view of Zhangzhou Mountain City along the road. Highly recommend to everyone, will come again~~~~

TTraveling the earthWe love this hotel, especially the experience and would give more than 5 stars if we could. There are multiple playgrounds and venues for the children. I would say they have the best and cleanest indoor heated pool in Ningbo and the staff bring a feel of a true International five star hotel. We live in Ningbo and this is our fifth staycation at this hotel because of how much fun we have. I can say that on various occasions the receptionists, concierge in the lounge, supervisors and managers have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The previous trip was for my daughter’s birthday, but this time it was for spring festival where we got to make rice, cakes, sign scrolls, even a dragon dance. It was truly special because they didn’t just hire people,it was the entire management team. We had a great time and will be back soon.

GGuest UserQixia Mountain Residence, quiet and comfortable, there will be some plum dishes and silks from the aunt in the village outside the door to buy some to try, the little housekeeper Xiaohao is also diligent, it rains at the entrance of the village to receive umbrellas, play cards with friends, the restaurant can order drinks, you can also play game consoles with K songs, you can choose, breakfast is not bad, By the way, the thousand yuan boss stereo equipped in each room of the homestay is really good, five-star recommendation, you can come again!

Winnie was so thoughtful; she prepared our room in advance and even gave us helpful tips for exploring the area around the hotel, which made our whole trip much smoother.
The room was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. Whenever I messaged Winnie with a request, she always responded and resolved it immediately – her service is truly outstanding! KKappuccinoI checked in early in the morning which the hotel didnt have rooms yet, so receptionist Babbby served me very well, complimentary upgrade, complimentary breakfast and arranged to take my luggage to the room when ready while I was out, great service.
The only thing is when I got to room 3009 as the corridor end room, , the electricity must have problems, lights could not turn on, the bathroom lights turned on but for 1 sec and turned off itself, I repeated and played around the switch a few times then gave up, so when i was just about to walk out with my luggage, it turns on, the curtain motor closed 2/3 and stopped untill i played around with the switch , suggest hotel to do maintenence for the room or stay away.

HHuojuanFor my Ningbo vacation, I chose Park Hyatt this time, and I'm especially grateful to Zach for the arrangements and recommending hotel activities – it made the experience truly exceptional.
The hotel is nestled by Dongqian Lake, with white walls and dark tiles, winding paths, and connecting corridors, making you feel like you've stepped into a traditional Chinese ink painting. The public areas, courtyards, water features, and corridors offer beautiful views everywhere you look. A morning stroll along the lake provides lush greenery and shimmering water – it’s peaceful and therapeutic, and every photo you take is picture-perfect, no filters needed.
🛏️ **Rooms: Comfortable and Luxurious**
I stayed in a lake-view room, which was spacious with a minimalist Chinese design that felt very high-end. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep until dawn. The bathroom amenities were by Le Labo, with a sophisticated scent. The large floor-to-ceiling windows/terrace offered stunning lake views right outside, and the privacy was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and the attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay.
A must-try is Qianhu Fishery, a Black Pearl two-diamond restaurant. Their lake specialties and Ningbo cuisine are incredibly authentic, with fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. The breakfast at Yue Xuan offers a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, including local snacks like tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and shengjian (pan-fried buns), all made fresh to order – it's superb. The afternoon tea at the Tea House creates a wonderful ambiance, and the 'stove-boiled tea' experience is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The indoor pool offers amazing views and clean water. The spa and fitness center are fully equipped. They also have Kunqu Opera performances and lake activities, adding a rich cultural touch. It's also suitable for families with kids; the Fun Park has small animals that children can feed, which made my child very happy.
Park Hyatt Ningbo perfectly blends Jiangnan artistic charm with luxurious resort living. The environment, service, and dining are all top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ningbo!

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.
