The guesthouse boasts an excellent location and room facilities, and the service is warm and proactive. Since we had to go up stairs, the owner offered to help carry our luggage and introduced us to various attractions. The breakfast was also very generous.

The room was quite spacious and the service was good and very friendly. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but there was a good variety, especially different types of tea to choose from. The seafood noodles at breakfast were a highlight! The air conditioning kept the room cool at night. There were several parking spots available, and it's within walking distance to Gulou and Tianyi Square!

The front desk staff were very friendly; on our first day, the receptionist even escorted us to the elevator. The room had a great view, and it will be even better once the construction on this side of the bridge is finished. The latex pillows ensured a good night's sleep every night, and breakfast was abundant. The downsides are that the room wasn't very well-ventilated and had a slight odor, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. For a short holiday stay, this place offers excellent value for money. Overall, I'm satisfied.

This was my third stay at Langham Place Ningbo Culture Plaza, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I was even lucky enough to get a room upgrade upon arrival, which exceeded my expectations. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's incredibly well-maintained. The room decor is thoughtfully done, with great attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. There was a minor incident where the robot delivering my takeout accidentally scratched its 'hand' on a nail in the packaging. After I contacted the front desk, the staff responded quickly and promptly brought iodine swabs and band-aids. This emergency service was incredibly thoughtful. It really shows that beyond its excellent facilities, the hotel genuinely cares about guests' unexpected minor issues. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing, going out, and dining. It's suitable for both business travelers and vacationers. The sincerity of their service is evident, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.

Our recent stay at Cordis Hotel left us deeply impressed with their high-quality and warm service. Coincidentally, it was my elder's birthday on the day we checked in, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake, which was a pleasant surprise for them and made them feel incredibly touched. They also upgraded us to a lake-view room. That evening, we realized that our child's beloved pillow (Abebe), which they depend on daily, had gone missing, and we were quite anxious. We are very grateful to the hotel staff for their proactive assistance in searching for it, doing their utmost to help us recover this item that is so important to our child. From the heartwarming birthday surprise to the diligent handling of the lost item, everything fully demonstrates the professional and meticulous service standards of your hotel. The hotel's location is more in Ningbo's High-tech Zone, a bit far from tourist attractions, which gives it a price advantage. It's a prime choice for family trips with kids during holidays, helping you avoid large crowds and soaring prices. Secondly, the hotel's occupancy rate was quite high during the holiday, with many people choosing it, but thankfully the hotel service didn't suffer. The entire experience was great, with thoughtful service. From booking to check-out, I received enthusiastic help from a colleague named Iris, which I really appreciated. Of course, other colleagues in housekeeping, at the front desk, and in the restaurant were all excellent too. They upgraded me to a lake-view room, gave me a Mid-Autumn Festival gift box, and even a small gift at check-out. My child also said he had a wonderful time. When I asked him what he liked most specifically, he said the hotel's playground 😄. So, this trip to Ningbo was simply delightful!

Great location! The hotel offers excellent river views and a delicious, varied breakfast. As an established five-star hotel, it has complete amenities and consistent service. Make sure to go to breakfast early to avoid the queue. There are also good shopping malls nearby.

Our first family getaway for the autumn of October 2026 🏖️ was perfectly booked at the Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa 🏨. This Park Hyatt used to be the very first luxury-tier Park Hyatt in Greater China, one that even Shanghai looked up to back in the day~ It’s been 7788 years since our last stay, but thanks to that wonderful initial impression, we keep coming back. Our AVA butler was extremely attentive to every detail of our stay via WeChat, making communication delightful and heartwarming. Nick, the handsome gentleman at the front desk, was also very friendly when arranging our rooms, accommodating our request for two rooms close to each other for our elderly family members. We also brought our furry friend along. Originally, we were slated for an upgrade to a renovated courtyard, but considering our pet and the fact that walking to breakfast would be a bit far for our seniors with mobility issues, handsome Nick arranged Rooms 001 and 002—open-plan courtyard rooms. Although they aren't newly renovated, this area offers a secluded lakeside vibe with exceptionally gorgeous scenery. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at Park Hyatt Ningbo. These 3 days and 2 nights were so relaxing and laid-back. Stepping out from our room's courtyard leads right to the lake, and a 2-minute walk to the left brings you to the Tea House. We tried the 328 RMB afternoon tea set—the tea quality was exceptionally good; the Dianhong (Yunnan black tea) had a wonderfully smooth taste, and the lily wellness tea suited my constitution perfectly. On our first night, we booked a private dining room for four at the hotel’s Chaohu Seafood Restaurant and had the jumbo sea cucumber, which tasted phenomenal. The rooms are super quiet, the resort buggies arrive on call the moment you summon them, and ordering food delivery is very convenient. When I placed a delivery order at midnight, the rider called to say it had arrived at the hotel, and just 2 minutes later, a buggy ferried it over from the lobby's designated delivery pickup point. The room is super spacious, and the two huge daybeds on either side of the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors facing the courtyard are genuinely comfortable for lounging while taking in the outdoor views.
