MM497501****The hotel facilities and sanitary environment are very good. It was my first time to celebrate the New Year outside this year and the experience was good.
The butler Xiao Hu was very attentive and made reservations for the New Year's Eve dinner menu in advance. Because my mother had difficulty walking, he also helped us arrange a dining table on the first floor. The pastries for afternoon tea are delicious. They should be freshly made and they are still hot when you eat them. Before my father and brother came back from Baoguo Temple, I secretly finished them with my mother🤭. The New Year's Eve dinner in the evening was very generous and tasted good. The whole family was very satisfied with the meal (PS: It was the first time I saw the green Maoxuewang. The taste was not surprising, it was quite delicious). The good night dessert was rice dumplings with fermented rice. I drank sweet soup while warming myself by the fire, and watched the fireworks set off by other guests 😂
The overall experience is very good. I will come again next time I have a chance. Happy New Year!

GGuest UserFind a place where there are few people on the mountain. The homestay is very quiet. The wind blows through the wind bell at night and there is a peaceful beauty. The boss is really super good! ! Knowing that we want to shoot the starry sky, we even lent us our tripod and wide-angle lens (I heard that the boss also has a light for love Tuxuan, friends who like to take pictures can come to the boss's studio to communicate) and it is a pet-friendly hotel with many cute dog friends, I can play with small animals every day, I am really happy !

The hotel is in a very good location, very convenient for travel, and free parking in the underground parking lot.
After leaving the hotel is Hanling Old Street, with many restaurants, opposite is Hanling Art Museum, facing Dongqian Lake.

GGuest UserBad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done.
Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly.
One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem.
Looks like the management is not doing their job.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Langham Place Ningbo was far beyond expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the brand's unique elegance and warmth. The front desk reception was very efficient, and the smiling service made people feel very friendly. Even in the peak season, the check-in procedures were completed quickly, and the hotel facilities were also informed of the usage time. The details were thoughtful.
The deluxe room I booked had an excellent view. The floor-to-ceiling windows showed the beautiful scenery of the city skyline and the river view, which was especially charming when the lights were on at night. The room furnishings are both modern and oriental. The integration of wooden elements adds a sense of warmth. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is very good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mini bar has a rich selection of drinks, and the free local snacks are even more surprising, making people feel the sincerity of the guests.
The dining aspect is even more of a highlight. The Cantonese cuisine of Mingge Chinese Restaurant is amazing, and the signature roast goose has crispy skin and tender meat, which is just right with sour plum sauce; the buffet breakfast at Langham Cafe is diverse, from freshly made Ningbo glutinous rice balls to Western-style baking. The ingredients are fresh, and the chef will take the initiative to ask about taste preferences, and the service is meticulous.
The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance of the business district and subway station, making travel easy. The fitness center is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows when exercising in the evening, which will make you feel tired. When checking out, the front desk took the initiative to ask about the stay experience and gave a customized souvenir, which was very impressive.
Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, Langham Place Ningbo can bring a high-quality experience with a high cost-effectiveness. I will definitely choose here again next time I come to Ningbo.

Hotel room is of good size, very clean and comfy. Huge working table which is rare.

MM*****The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll.
The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building.
The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

MM11702****Seriously, everyone, you won't believe it! My stay at the Park Hyatt Ningbo this time was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Rose at the front desk – she was incredibly thoughtful! She proactively added me on WeChat a day in advance, sending me a super detailed hotel map and clearly outlining all the recent activities. Our communication was so friendly; even before arriving, it felt like a friend was helping me plan my trip. My impression of the hotel was already sky-high!
After checking in, there were even more pleasant surprises. The room was incredibly spacious, with a very sensible layout. The bedding was so soft; I instantly felt relaxed lying on it. All the details were spotless, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel's scenery is truly breathtaking. Whether I was enjoying the view from the bay window in my room or strolling through the gardens, the gentle charm of a Jiangnan water town just enveloped me.
The restaurant's dishes were also fantastic, very authentic, and absolutely no disappointments. Moreover, the service throughout the entire hotel was top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic. I'm truly delighted with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!
