Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

The hotel's location is excellent, with Hankyu Department Store and Cultural Plaza nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The service was also top-notch. The butler communicated proactively, and handling issues at night during our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were also very competent, and colleagues were helping each other out, creating a great atmosphere. Breakfast was standard, and it was quite crowded during the National Day holiday. All necessary facilities were available, and the bedding was comfortable. The major drawback was the severe mosquito and insect problem. We didn't open the windows at all after entering the room, but my child was bitten seven times at night, which severely affected our rest. Such an issue is unacceptable in a 5-diamond hotel in an economically developed city. I've stayed in many old Xiangji and old state guesthouses in China, and never encountered similar problems, so it shouldn't be due to aging hardware. Other areas for improvement include the air conditioner's vibration noise and the detached waterproof strip in the bathroom. However, these might be specific to our room, but unfortunately, we experienced them. Also, the sink faucet was too short, which is a poorly designed feature.

The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

Really happy with the room, got a free upgrade! Parking was super convenient, and there's a shopping mall right across the street. Great for getting around, and plenty of food options nearby. Being on a high floor, it was quiet and peaceful. Definitely my top choice when visiting Cixi. Very good, very good!

My stay at the Wanda Hotel Ningbo this time was exceptional. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western choices. The live noodle station and fresh fruit were especially great, kicking off my workday on a high note. The hotel enjoys a convenient location with comprehensive commercial amenities nearby. Overall, considering the service, environment, and value for money, this is my top choice for business trips to Ningbo. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I'm really sorry for forgetting to comment. The hotel is OK, the parking lot is not big, and the parking is disorderly. It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending

My child was very happy with the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of Ningbo. The room offers a great view, with the Sanjiangkou visible. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Chinese restaurant's buffet was also very good value for money. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

If you wanna know what it feels like to stay in a luxurious hotel at a great value, Park Hyatt Ningbo is that hotel! As the place is large, the hotel staff provided us a map of their hotel and gave is a brief explanation of the amneties and facilities. The moment you check in to their hotel, i was greeted with a welcome fruit platter and an amazing view of the scenery. The indoor pool and the architecture is breathtaking! I also availed their complimentary photoshoot and was satisfied with the photos! You can get 3 editted photos for free but would need to pay 80 yuan for every additional editted photo. As their photographer is excellent at taking pictures, I cannot help but availed more than 3 and paid a hefty price 🥲 Overall the photography service took around 2 hrs from makeup to choosing your pictures. Park Hyatt Ningbo is the perfect place to have a staycation. You can just spend the whole day at their tea house and enjoy the lake view or kill time by trying their various facilities such as their indoor pool, billiards and arcade. Also, I want to shout out to the staff at the tea house for her extensive knowledge in tea, and that the fried tofu in their tea house is amazing!

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.

After checking in at the lobby, you'll need to hike a short distance up the mountain. The housekeeper will meet you at the intersection. She's very friendly, helping with your luggage and greeting you warmly every time you see her in the morning. The cabins are quite unique, with a great mountain environment. At night, you'll find small geckos and large spiders in your room, and in the morning, you'll see all sorts of insects. Those who enjoy nature can choose the cabins, while those who aren't accustomed to staying in the mountains can opt for the hotel rooms up the mountain. They're all shared, and breakfast is served on the first floor. The hot springs are also very clean, with different types of pools, and very relaxing.
