"Located in Tianyi Square, the heart of Ningbo's downtown, it's super convenient for getting around and there are tons of restaurants nearby. I originally booked for one night, but the hotel staff proactively upgraded me to a river view room. Their excellent service attitude impressed me so much that I extended my stay for another night. The breakfast was also good; while not super extensive, it was more than enough for me. They had eggs, milk, vegetables, fruits, pastries, and even tasty pickles. From the window, you can see the Three Rivers Estuary where the Yao River and Fenghua River meet the Yong River. At night, the colorful lights in the small park downstairs are beautiful too."

"I have stayed at Atour Hotel N times. Today I stayed at Ningbo Old Bund Hotel. You can see the night view of the Old Bund in just over ten minutes' walk. Every time I have a different experience. The hello from the front desk staff has removed the fatigue of traveling. Although there was a small episode during this stay, the front desk staff answered the questions patiently, and the lobby manager also actively, patiently and thoughtfully solved the problem. The floor staff and restaurant staff were also very enthusiastic. The room was clean and warm, the night snacks were small but exquisite, and the breakfast was very rich. In the future, I will only recognize Atour for accommodation."

"The hotel is convenient for transportation, the decoration style is fresh, and the air conditioning has good fresh air. The sound insulation is not good. The X28 room we stayed in is close to the workroom. At 5 o'clock in the morning, two people talked loudly, which affected our rest. The weirdest thing is that the projector started up at 4 o'clock in the morning when it was already turned off. I had to call the front desk lady (the front desk was nice and not impatient). The front desk asked me to unplug the power of the projector to completely turn it off. There are photos as evidence. So I didn't sleep after 4 o'clock.
The overall cost performance is good, there is a RT-Mart opposite, and it is convenient to eat around."

A small bottled mineral water and an aromatherapy diffuser sit on the ivory vanity, and the bone china tea set steams gently; every detail exudes thoughtful warmth. The faint sound of a piano drifts from the end of the hallway, mingling with the soft hum of traffic outside, which paradoxically makes the room feel even more tranquil. Shedding the dust of travel, I lean back against the headboard, the soft pillow perfectly cradling my tired shoulders and neck. ZZhangmin0828We stayed in the charming first-phase wooden buildings. The soundproofing wasn't great, but the room was quite spacious. Since it was a weekday when we visited, there were plenty of rooms available, and the front desk staff (Xiao Sun) tried their best to accommodate our requests, which we really appreciated. There are quite a few sights to see, so it's pleasant to just wander around. In the evenings, there are activities like watching ladies in traditional costumes dance.
Regarding service, I honestly have to say that Wang Hao (who drives the golf cart) stood out. While the front desk was assigning our room (they asked him to help with our luggage and escort us), he proactively greeted us and gave us a detailed introduction to the accommodation area, breakfast, special attractions, and other restaurant locations using the park map. Since a family member uses a wheelchair, when we encountered him on the road the next day, he saw us pushing the wheelchair and realized we might have to take a longer route. He actively and enthusiastically used his pager to have another staff member open an electronic gate (for golf carts), which greatly convenient for us. His initiative and excellent service-mindedness, along with his bilingual Ningoese and Mandarin skills, truly make Xiao Wang fantastic! 👍

KKekeailvyououCame to Ningbo with my sister and staying near Tianyi Square is super convenient! After comparing many options, I booked the Atour Hotel near Tianyi, and it truly is incredibly convenient.
The subway station is right downstairs, and it's very close to Tianyi Square! Everything about it is great. The service is also excellent, and it has all the facilities you could need!
They have complimentary tea and popcorn in the lobby, which is such a thoughtful touch. There's also a 'Zhuju' (bamboo study) on the first floor with lots of books, perfect for relaxing and reading.
The hotel also has a gym, laundry area, tea room, and more. Plus, they have robots delivering takeout, which I absolutely loved!
The room was very tidy, and all the toiletries were provided. The hairdryer was even a Dyson! The hotel room was also very spacious, and you could see Tianyi Square as soon as you opened the window!! It also came with a 65-inch smart TV for screen mirroring and wireless charging.
The breakfast was incredibly delicious! They had not only clay pot noodles but also small wontons. The black pork buns were so fragrant too! The biggest surprise was the douhua (tofu pudding). They offered a wide variety of breakfast options.

GGuest UserSince it wasn't a holiday, there were very few people and many activities were suspended. Parents traveling with children should take note of this. The amusement park and pet-friendly areas were still open, but the outdoor water park was closed. The indoor pool was available, and the upside of fewer people was more tranquility. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll have to go to nearby attractions for local farmhouse dishes or eat at the hotel's restaurants. The hotel's breakfast was quite good. Our housekeeper, Chenchen, who was assigned to us upon check-in, was very enthusiastic and always willing to help. The hotel environment is lovely, and the walking trails are refreshing. The room facilities are complete but a bit dated. We even received a souvenir upon checkout, which was a nice touch!

Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

TTom2501The hotel is close to the Southern business district metro and the area by the river looks spectacular at night. The room was of a decent size and the bed was comfortable.
The shower floor was extremely slippery, especially for children and the toilet wasn't working on one side of the flush mechanism. With a bit of attention to detail, the room would have been great.
The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It was all cold and left for a long time. I guess you have to go very early to see the best of it.
The location is great, the staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. For a low price hotel, it was a good stay.

GGuest UserWe had a really excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza. We were upgraded to a family room which was very spacious and perfect for our needs (traveling with two young children). The facilities (especially all of the child-friendly amenities) were great - a huge play area for the kids, lego area, cinema room, crafts, and arcade. My son loved the go-carts on the rooftop. The view and location of this hotel is spectacular - right on the water. We'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool. My husband is vegetarian (no fish or meat) and there were tons of options for him at the buffet - I was unsure of this when booking, but honestly there were so many excellent and diverse options for him. We'd say one of the best buffets in terms of vegetarian options we've experienced in China. For the rest of us, who could enjoy the seafood - this was also incredible.

ZZhuxiaoyiEvery room here in the valley has a balcony, offering incredible views of the mountains. On the first day, it rained and was beautifully foggy, then the next day was perfectly sunny! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and their service was very thoughtful. The restaurant wasn't open the night we arrived, so we got to enjoy some complimentary dishes made by Auntie – it was absolutely wonderful 🩷. The next day, they even arranged a ride for us to the high-speed rail station. There's so much to do within the resort, and you can even hike up the winding mountain road outside to a spot where you can 'shout at the mountains' (presumably a scenic viewpoint). We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to book a B&B, and I was moved by the enthusiasm and simplicity of the owner, Xiao Wu and the aunts! We checked in very late, and Xiao Wu came out to pick us up. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so a bonfire was lit in front of the B&B. The owner also provided us with luminous pearls, fairy sticks and other fireworks to play with. The rice cake slices in the store are really delicious hahahahaha! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with other guests, making fire, watching movies, and setting off fireworks!
Overall, I feel like this B&B is very good, and it might be more interesting in summer! Thank you to the owner and all the staff in the store and we look forward to seeing you again!

HHenanxianliguangTraveling with family during New Year's Day, I have to say that since InterContinental took over, the hardware after renovation is indeed very good. The rooms are spacious, equipped with smart toilets, and I even saw cribs for babies.
I want to focus on the service:
1. On the last day, we were in a hurry to leave, and my husband packed the luggage. Men, they don't recognize anything! We left behind a nearly empty bottle of essence water, a newly opened jar of face cream, and a pair of headphones. I only realized the items were missing when I got home. I contacted the butler, who said she would check for me when she was at work and also mentioned that the cleaning staff had already left. The next day, she told me they found the essence water (the nearly empty bottle), but nothing else. My essence and cream were together. If nothing had been found, I would have accepted it, but this is truly hard to comment on. (I've never encountered such a situation in a hotel. At other hotels, even if you deliberately leave something behind, they'll call to ask if you forgot it. I really can't comment here.)
2. We went for breakfast around 10 AM on the second day. We called the front desk, and they said there was no more breakfast. However, when we went down, we saw there was still food, although it was indeed winding down.
3. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel on the second day. We called and the front desk said it was available. But when we arrived, the staff told us there would be a long wait and suggested we eat out. I asked how long the wait usually is based on past experiences, and they replied that they had only been open for two weeks and didn't know. I'm speechless.
